We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. All the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included in the room rate and was very good. And we appreciated having access to a laundry free-of-charge to do all our washing.

Very good stay in Phnom Penh at Luxcity. Clean and comfortable room. We got upgraded. Pool glass floor was fun. Restaurant was very good. Nice breakfast.

The value for money here is exceptional. The rooms are beautifully furnished, it is luxury, views are amazing and service is superb. Small bud good breakfast, excellent gym and spa facilities. Rooftop pool though the sky bar is currently under renovation. Great eateries all within a 15 minute walk.

Honestly one of my best finds on Expedia thus far! Room was enormous and well-stocked with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay like dental kits, shaving kits and toiletries. Breakfast also featured a wide range of delicious items. Staff were attentive and helpful throughout the stay. Room wifi was extremely fast - probably one of the fastest I have experienced on my travels! Definitely a hotel I would love to return to if I should visit Phnom Penh again!

Great hotel, nice staff, nice bed, nice air conditioning, terrace not working?, blackout needs to be fixed at corners. Sometimes too high on prices for tours and transport to airport. Very safe I would stay there again ❤️❤️

Good location and safe, easy for transport to pick up and drop off etc. The rooms are good size and clean. Breakfast is standard. The Spa (newly opened) is clean, and masseuses are excellent.
Unfortunately, due to some miscommunication with reception staff I did not get to enjoy the pool / sky bar, as I was advised it was under renovation. Overall hospitality staff still has a lot of room for improvement.
Not ideal for business travellers wanting to use meeting facilities etc at this time. Seems like new facilities are coming to make it more supportive to business (confirmed by the manager), so I will wait to see when this is completed to stay again.

The staff stole a lot of money from my bag in my room while I was having breakfast..I’m veryyyy disappointed with this hotel. They attempted to show me what has to be manipulated cctv footage..will not be staying here ever again

The hotel is excellent. Staff are very helpful. Transportation is easy to get tuk tuk around. Love the spa and the swimming pool on the top floor has a glass bottom floor. There is a laundromat on site and that’s very handy especially in such hot weather.

The staff were great and very helpful, thehotel is centrally located. It will be great when the rooftop bar is opened. The lack of exchange facilities at the hotel and surrounding area is is frustrating.

And excellent hotel . The staff are amazing very friendly always a smile and hello. The facilities are superb . Great rooftop pool , laundry restaurant and gym ( being renovated ). Location is very safe a little out of the way but a short tuk tuk ride and you’re in the throng of everything
