Room was great especially loved the mood lighting, breakfast was ok, could do with fresh rolls that weren’t vegan/gluten free, otherwise it was great especially the price

Check in line up. very slow to check in and took a lot of town to get through .
not enough parking on premises, i had to find parking quiet a walk away.
they dont come to clean your room, i stayed 3 nights and four days. nobody came in to make the bed or replace towels and so fort.
TV in room not one local tv station ( disgusting ) no respect for the home country.
closet: if you are 5' short you cannot hang up your clothing. 2 closed drawers almost on the proximity of the floor. over 50 please don't bother , you need to get on the floor .

Check in staff didn’t even acknowledge my presence for 12 minutes, with one person being served by one of the 2 staff.

This is our 2nd time at A stay and we will return. It is across from the Antwerp Rail Station, you have to walk to the left and look for a sign saying A-Stay but it’s worth the short walk

The hotel is located near to the city center, which is great. The room was clean and the gym was nice, although the a/c was not working properly and our room was a bit too cold. We really enjoyed the lobby with games etc. The parking situation is a bit tricky, on Expedia it said 18€ per day in the hotel, but this is false. We ended up parking for 22€ per day close by.

The experience itself was good if you're travelling to be close to city centre. Unfortunately, there is no free parking and should never have come up in my search because I drove down with friends and even the paid parking was limited. This should not come up under searches with parking.

Awesome. Loved it here. Price was great. Room was modern and well equipped. Would go back without hesitation. Possibly the best hotel out of the 10 I used during my stay in the Netherlands and Belgium.

I really really liked the thought-through rooms with a lot of different lights, escpecially good light for putting on makeup, a lot of hooks where you could hang stuff and also nice benches at the window. Only thing i would prefer, would be a toilet with more privacy. All in all however a very nice stay, especially regarding the price performance ratio!

Great service, nice people who work there. The only thing I didn't like was that the batroom and toilet had a kind of blue glass doors so you could kind of see what someone was doing there.

The staff are kind and friendly. The accommodation was nice and clean. Short Walking distance from the station, shopping center, transportation and basically everything. I had a lovely stay and will definitely come back in case decided to visit Antwerp in the future. Thank you A-Stay for the hospitality. ^_^

The light options in the room were really cool, the little shop downstairs is very convenient and i was able to borrow cutlery without a problem, also ice machine since it was very hot was a nice touch. Staff are nice too :)

Its a very nice hotel. Its a great location close to everything thats good about Antwerp. Its a shame the streets by the hotel are full of dog droppings, homeless/unfortunate folk all around the station. It smells bad on those streets by the hotel. Its not the hotels fault...but someone from the municipal services needs to do something.

It was my second time at this place. My room had an hygiene issue and I was ignored twice by the employees. the problem was solved only because Aline took care of the situation and managed very well and quickly a serious problem. She was extremely kind and professional. Because of her, I am going to consider this place for the next time !
Also, cleaning every three nights it’s a very poor standard. Sustainability is important but the cleaning schedule could be a customer’s choice.

Hotel must have been good when new but no repairs or updates have likely been made for example our toilet would not stop running, our rain shower sprayed everywhere except down and the hand shower leaked from the base, the shower pan would not drain and besides all that the water leaked out. The hotel itself is still a decent value but what ruins it all is the staff. The male front desk staff member was downright rude and arrogant. The other front desk staff were good. Overall if a better value exists nearby, I suggest taking it. We will not stay here again!

Good hotel for when you are away from home and you arrive late from anywhere, 24 hours you can buy something to eat and if you want to stay longer you can talk to the staff and there is an offer. Very good!

Overall it’s a great please to stay specially if attending festival and want to stay close to train station. Clean, great breakfast and a gym. Rooms were clean and very friendly staff. The only minor issue we had was the shower drainage that was not properly let the water go and it was stuck. We informed the staff but it seems like it’s not a issue to be fixable quickly.

For the price I was expecting something of less quality, but this hotel surprised me, the lobby is incredible. The staff offered quick help for my queries. Room was clean, modern, convenient, more than enough for what I paid.
The TV was Smart so I could watch movies from my streaming platforms. I loved it!

The shower was not draining and the shower head handle was broken and the water was spraying all over. I shared with the front desk the first day - was told it will get fixed and it was not. We were offered the room next door to shower as we did not want to move after we unpacked.

Awesome hotel. Modern and clean. Staff could be a little more friendly but that is all. I have stayed here as part of a 24 night tour and this was one of the 10 places I stayed at. It was the best one.
