The only thing I didn't like was when I checked in, the bellhops were missing so I had to carry my own bags up the stairs. After checking in they showed up to take the bags up in the elevator.

Overall the hotel is great and is located in the center of tourism. Staff was really helpful as well, especially a manager. However I chose Virgo hotel based on the gym description and saunas because I exercise every day. The gym is horrible, only a few machines to workout and half of them are broken. The gym in real life is NOT was is declared online. Also both saunas were out of order.

The Virgo Nha Trang Hotel was a delightful experience. The staff were amicable and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The rooms were spacious with modern amenities, and the view of the sea was simply breathtaking. The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices, catering to all tastes. I had a short business trip to Nha Trang city in October and stayed at this hotel. My impression is that the hotel building is designed in a modern style, the rooms are also modernly decorated and fully equipped. The staff were all very prompt and helpful, they assisted me in booking private car services for my short trips. The hotel's service is very good, I don't remember anything that made me unhappy.

Five stars, and rightly so. This hotel is an epitome of grandeur. The towering building is ideally located with the beach, markets and countless local restaurants just a stroll away. I love the easy access to the city's vital locations. On the other hand, while amenities are top-notch, I believe the hotel could benefit from a more extensive in-room dining menu, considering its star rating.
