The rooms are new and orderly, modern amenities. The breakfast was wonderful. The gym and pool were very quiet and private.

Best service we've ever had from the front desk, to wait staff to housekeeping to spa. Very friendly employees.

The staff are extremely kind and attentive. I was a solo traveler and felt welcomed and familiar with everyone. The room I got was a little noisy, but traffic is noisy in general. A beautiful church and park is located walking distance behind the hotel. Breakfast had a large area just for fruits. Their fruits have a rich and complex taste. Breakfast had many options that satisfy any diet. The area El Cabrero es located close to a main avenue that communicates with many parts of the city. It is relatively close to the airport. They have airport shuttle but iOS services start after 7:00 AM. There is a little restaurant for locals next to the hotel. Their food is good. The owner is kind and will help with crossing the street if wanting to cross to the beach. The sunset is beautiful in front of the hotel. The weather is less humid and hot around 5:00PM

So glad I stay at this location! The staff were very friendly and helpful! The location is also great, it’s right in front of the beach and there is a Mega Tienda 5 minutes away (walking)! Super convenient for those who plan on taking snacks around on tours, etc. The pool is calm and we can order drinks from the bar and catch the sunset from the pool, I would recommend this location to any visiting Cartagena!

The staff was excellent. Dawid at the bar was so attentive and helpful and likewise with David at the front door. Oscar at the front desk was very kind and helpful.

The property itself is great, the surroundings are not at the same level as the property. Very lonely at nights, the beach just up front the property doesn't seem very nice. We really enjoyed are stay, we travelled with my wife, 1 son 1 year old age daughter 6 years old...

I would recommend to stay Inside the wall city. This hotel is on the mail road and there is a lot of sound from the vehicles and the traffic is until 11pm

My experience was immediately dampened by the staff at the front desk. The ladies were rude and not helpful. One, that looked like she might have been the Manager, was so completely pretentious and could have cared less that it was past check in time and we were still sitting there waiting on our room. The next day I returned to ask if someone could help connect me with a tour guide and she just shook her head and offered zero solution or recommendation on where I could get help. It’s a shame that these ladies really dampened my experience at what I thought was a relatively decent hotel. The front door staff, restaurant staff were great.

The staff was superb and the location was great everything you want to see is a short drive away.

The hotel was very nice, welcoming. I will like to give thanks to Sebastian. Sebastian was very welcoming, he spoke clear English thank god, he help me decide on different places, food option, and made me feel comfortable. Also Marco Julieth, Lizz ney, Maria,Julya, Fernando amazing people. The only thing I did not like about the hotel is the lunch, dinner the same selection I wish they had more option. Burgers, tenders that’s more finger food. I would like to try different empanadas, quesadillas, more Columbian food. For some reason my room was never clean after 3 days, I had to tell the front desk. I wish they were more on top of that. I also feel like they should have someone who help you book tours when you get there, that would be helpful at the hotel itself. Overall I give it 7/10. Thank you !

Check in late afternoon took close to an hour. They told us it would take 5 min to get room ready and it was 45 min after we waited in line and did all the formalities. Then were assigned room with very noisy AC. Asked to change after showering and it took another 20 minutes. There is a tire shop next door and most of rooms lack a nice view

The property was super clean, the staff was extremely friendly, most of them spoke English. The bellboy Sebastian is the most humble person we met at the hotel, he was very helpful with recommendations of where to eat, he provided us with a walk-through of do’s and don’ts when we’re walking on the street. The continental breakfast is chargeable and very delicious. Overall the food in the hotel whether you choose to eat in the beautiful courtyard, indoor or the poolside, the food is very tasteful, and the drinks are very tasty. The beach is right across the street but it’s a local beach, there are vendors that you can rent a chair from, other vendors, who walk around selling food and drinks.

This was our home away from home in Cartegena. We loved the place and stayed there a second time. Hope to get back again. Gladys Strain

Location is close to airport 6 km and old city walls which is walking distance. However, you cannot walk to the old city due to safety and heavy vehicular traffic. The access is only via taxi which is inexpensive 15 - 30 K pesos about $4.00 -$7.50 due to traffic comditions. Roof terrace / pool is very nice especially at sunset The roof has fixed glass window and no fresh air. The Air Conditioning is blows 15 degree air directly to your bed. As a result, we got sick. Althought we complained to the reception and left a sketch that describes alternate improvements such as adjustable diffuser or reflector to be installed to redirect cold air away from.the beds. It did nor happen. The restuarant and food / drink services were good. The rnglish language barrier with staff has limitations and at times we had errors in the food order. The reception staff is good. The busmen David is excellent by showing the room and explaining functions and facilities. He has good command of english. The consiege person has limited english. The Rosio islannd tour was not that great at all

Staff was very hospitable and attentive. Food was delicious and everything was in walking distance to the walled city.

The Door was broken and banged. Also the sofa had so many stains. There was a weird smell in the room. The Bathroom had nothing, no soap or anything. We asked for Conceirge to guide us to make reservation for restaurant, she was sitting in the bar area. Which was very weird for me. She did not speak english and told us to whatsapp her. We did but never got a response back from her. Very poor service. Would not recommand this hotel for sure. His is did not look like a Marriott hotel or had the service of Marriott hotel

We stayed at Ermita after issues with our previous accomodations. This hotel was a breath of fresh air from where we were staying previously. Complimentary welcome beverages, free breakfast, spot on room service and friendly staff. Ermita was the perfect addition to our stay in Cartagena

Staff are very friendly! Service is great! Breakfast is exceptional. It is a short walk to the walled in part of the city and it was nice to be slightly away from the business of the walled city. Loved the rooftop pool and bar.

Incredible staff who are welcoming and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was wonderful with a large variety, excellent quality and warm service.

The hotel is stunning. Every staff person was willing to go above and beyond for guests, no questions asked. A very nice experience.

Design, service

Stayed here for a week. Anyone who complains about this hotel is just someone who can’t be pleased with anything. Staff was super accommodating with whatever needs the guests have. The excursions to the islands were amazing and unbelievably priced. The layout of the hotel is stunning. My room was kept spotless daily by the housekeepers. The breakfast buffet offered something for everyone. The rooftop pool was super relaxing and always refreshing for the heat. Huge shout out to Diego at the Oasis bar!! Helped me a ton with suggestions on food, things to do, improving my very poor Spanish skills, and of course making some amazing drinks. That guy is top notch!

Very friendly staff, awesome rooftop. Maybe they could take care more about the facilitiy at the roof. And being more seats with shadow. Anyway this was one of the best hotel where we stayed during our trip thru columbia

Staff is very nice. All servers are very kind and serviceable. Manager on duty very efficient. Rooms are comfortable. Pool needs a little upgrade. Food is good. Overall very nice

Property was well staffed; employees were friendly and helpful. The only two negative comments are that when we arrived, our room wasn’t ready at check in time, we had to wait a few hours. Also, the first night, one of the rooms had a party at 2am that woke up us and when we called reception, no one answered.
