Yes I would recommend this property. It just wasn't for me. After reservation made months in advance, I had to prove to front deck on check in day that reservation was for 4 people and not the 2 they claimed to have. Took almost 45 mins to get it resolved! Unacceptable!

Beach and pools were nice, the food ranged from okay to not good. Most of the staff was kind and welcoming but there were some who were were pretty unhelpful and a couple who were downright rude. For the price, there are much nicer options.

Its a very spacious resort. Lots of pools, plenty of bars, great access to the beach. Only negative was the multiple vendors when laying on the beach and the difficulty in dining availability at restaurants for dinner (the market buffet was always a great backup).

My first experience out of the country as well as staying at an all-inclusive resort. I had an amazing week for my birthday, staff was amazing, food was delicious, and the room was consistently cleaned and taken care of. Would love to return within the next year and will be booking at The Finest Punta Cana!

Everything was amazing, we had some extra access to some places also in the spa we had free service…

I loved how all of the staff were very welcoming & they made sure to treat us like family. The room service was fast & subpar but the restaurants were great! Me & my Fiancé with our 2 year old had a ball! They had things for him & us to do once he was sleeping or drained.

Grounds are really well kept. The room and hotel is very clean. Overall good experience. Our concierge kept in contact with us via WhatsApp and booked our restaurant reservations and anything else we needed. She was super great. We had a last flight out and they accommodated us by leetting us stay in another room until we left for the airport. That being said, Much of the staff were very friendly some not so much. Food was not the best, but it is an an all inclusive. That being said ive been to several all inclusives where the food is much better. We ate mostly at the food trucks... that food was eeally good compared to the restaurants. It's not a nightlife resort...its more of a relaxation resort. Overall liked the resort.

Hotel is the best we’ve stayed at, we go there every year and this one was the best one. Everything was on point. Food is outstanding and too shelf liquor. Amenities and facilities were wonderful as well. Junior swim out was amazing, service was the best, everything worked like a clock. Never had an issue with our room service or room getting done on time. One of the few places where you don’t return smelling like a Caribbean hotel (if you know, you know)

Modern and well designed hotel. A lot of families, nice crowd. The pools are incredible, the beach is beautiful although not as calm as in Bávaro or other areas in Punta Cana... the food was good, we enjoyed the lobsters at Duke's restaurant. Most of their staff were incredible, very friendly people. We would come back

The hotel was huge, clean and beautiful. Rooms are big with walk-in closet and modern design. The fintness center, loby, pools, kids club and the beach were awesome as well. Unfortunately the quality of services and foods were low to medium. I would say even hard to compete with 4 stars hotels. I've been to Finest and Excellence in Cancun. They where so much better, specially the Excellence. I would go back if the service was better but with the current level, DEFINITELY NO. Unfortunately I can't attach pictures here to show how awful was my experience at resturants. I would upload them on other platforms soon. If you do care about the service you get and the quality of the foods, I would recommend to invest somewhere else.

What can I say? This place is literally amazing from the arrival where you get champagne to the concierge, explaining every detail to you and the room is extremely clean and very beautiful. Also on the adult side, which we stayed on, they have music playing.That's very relaxing, and the food is unlimited.The drinks are really good and unlimited.And all the staff has beautiful personalities, and they're extremely nice. I am a stifler on hotels and cleanliness in this hotel was so freaking clean. Our pool upstairs was clean. Our balcony was clean. The bathroom was clean. Everything was just perfect, even the hotel. Itself, when you walk around the premises, there's literally no trash anywhere, no leftover cups from people, drinking no cigar buds all over the ground.Is just perfectly manicured. This is definitely AUS5 star hotel. In my opinion, and I can't wait to go back.

The place looks new, it is clean and well maintained. The staff is all very friendly. Our baby sitter who also works in the reception, Milenny, was so kind and thoughtful. Our toddlers immediately at ease with her. Milenny also helped organize our return trip and offered to come the morning where we were traveling to come help with the kids free of charge. She showed up punctual to our room at 7am. The person who checked us in Luz was also fantastic and proposed an upgrade to our stay which was convenient for us. The staff at breakfast at Gusto : Henrique, Luis, Juan Ventura d and the lady at the reception were all so helpful and forthcoming. The hostess at Brass Dariana found us a table and made sure choldren got their dinner very fast. Also the receptionist close to the Domo restaurant at night managed to find my spouse a pair of trousers as it is the restaurant requirement. The kids club is fantastic but accepts kids at age 3, not younger. This did not bother us as we enjoyed the water park with our children. Overall a great experience. It is as suitable for families as it is for adults only as both sides are completely separated. the Beach is very nice. The only constructive would be room service delays. Sometimes we would wait 45 minutes for some milk and boiling water to make a bottle. The overnight shows could start a little earlier than 9.30 pm so younger kids can take attend.

Beautiful modern resort. Completely caters to families with young children. We chose the juinor suite with private pool so we could enjoy adult time while our toddler napped or slept at night. Food was best we've ever had at resorts. Play area in each dining area was a plus. Landscaping was beautiful. A lot of cabanas and chairs and towels always available. So many pool options. Beach was beautiful, but persistent sellers get annoying. One day there was so much seaweed our child could not enjoy the ocean. Maid service was great. Area was clean for most part. Some deeper cleaning on pool tiles could be done. Transport via hotel very nice, provided car seat, and on time. We would definitely recommend this resort to families and plan to return!

First thing, this is a beautiful resort!!! I went for my birthday and they made the experience WONDERFUL and worth every dime, from the time I arrived to the time I left they checked to make sure that everything was good. To the baggage check, waiters, bartenders, and beach attendants round of applause!!!!

Everyone was very accommodating and friendly, the upgrade was wonderful, pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious and they made sure to accommodate my dietary restrictions. All the restaurants had a fabulous ambiance.

I had an amazing time at this resort. I felt safe and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had the best time and I thank the staff for making this a memorable vacation for me and my family.

Great food, great beach, great pools, and an excellent kids club. It was just the break the family needed. I especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast and Simon the pasta chef at the Marketplace was a favorite of our whole family. The spa was magical. My 7-year old had a blast at the kids club, entertained for hours. My 3-year old loved everything especially the evening entertainment. My husband loved the food trucks and were both grateful for kids play areas at every restaurant.

Excellent place that left me wanting for more. Only con is it was too quiet at times with no one in the pool
