No water bottles in room… had to buy some at the bar. Dirty bathroom with hair on walls. Child size desk in room. So so food. Does have nice river views though.

Everything was excellent. One minor comment is the menu is limited.
Staff were very good and even sent tea and cake to room on arrival. Nice touch!

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Excellent and very friendly service. Nice view out to the garden and river. Bed wasn't the comfiest but everything else was great. We had a lovely relaxing break away. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool and treatments in the leisure centre.

This hotel is absolutely lovely, and the grounds are picturesque. They have a beautiful activity center that features a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and there's even a gym. It was all very nice; however, it almost didn't happen for us because YOU GUYS didn't pass our reservation along to them and when we got there with our paperwork in hand, they didn't have a reservation for us in their system. They scrambled and got us a room--saved the day for us--but Hotels.com dropped the ball and almost cost us this opportunity.

The Minella is a lovely spot on the river. We had a very nice, large room on the second floor, which was very comfortable. It's a great place.

Lovely and comfy hotel
The bed and mattress were exceptionally comfortable. The leisure center is a great opportunity to reduce your level of tiredness and stress.
The in- house dinner costs 45 EUR ( starter, main course, dessert and coffee )
We celebrated our anniversary, my request to provide me with table in private and romantic area was completed.
Highly recommended for 1-2 days retreat.

Very comfortable and enjoyable. Didn’t get to eat in the dining room as was taken over by a funeral reception. Unfortunately the weather was against us which made it uncomfortable to get to the leisure centre, a separate building without linked covered path.

What a beautiful hotel and grounds. Although it’s in the countryside we enjoyed walking the grounds very much. The people were great. We enjoyed a fine dinner in their bar/restaurant.

Beautiful location and property. Our room was like a suite, huge in size! It had a lovely bathroom qhich had a steam shower, unfortunately the steamer wasn't working byt the shower was still fabulous. Most staff were really lovely, one man who seemed to be a manager was a bit blunt when at reception that night.

It’s always a pleasure to stay here, staff are welcoming and the rooms spacious, the views from the rooms are lovely too.
The Tipperary Breakfast is great, however there’s also a huge choice of cold items to.
Parking is plentiful and secure.

Beautiful setting with adverage room and food. Biggest let down was the awful service in the restaurant. We were left unattended for quite some time without a menu or being asked if we would like a drink, had to ask for both and staff seemed totally uninterested. We were seated on top of another couple with no regard for social distancing, felt very uncomfortable listening into each others conversation..not good enough for a four star hotel.
