As always, the staff here are efficient and friendly. The rooms are modern and always clean, the beds super comfortable.

Staff did address a leaky shower faucet promptly. Sadly some fellow guests made noises at times that made it difficult to sleep.

Glad to see that this Marriott could accommodate us when My place ran out of enough rooms for us when we got there

Very comfortable stay. In town for a girls basketball tournament and the girls loved the pool. Bed linens were very comfortable.

Right next to Pasco airport and has shuttle. Only there for the night, but met my needs

Stayed a quick night before a flight out in the morning and the hotel was perfect. Great, comfortable stay.

We stayed here during my daughter’s cheer competition, it was easy to get on the freeway and drive 5 mins to food options and the venue. Hotel was clean and the kids had fun in the pool.

The hotel was next to the airport which I found as great location for business trips.

Only thing I guess I dont get about these Courtyard hotels, as they are really nice properties; I always hear that people are disappointed with the lack of dining room and full service restaurant ops.

Very clean and comfortable

Extremely thin floors and walls. You hear stomping. Doors closing. All day. Night. Early morning. Don’t expect to sleep. Staff was pleasant. “Restaurant” - loosely used description for this location - out of a lot of items. Expensive. Not good quality. Stay somewhere else.

High parking fee, for use of an almost empty parking lot. Problems with scanning of items From their front desk store . Rude employee. Weird interactions with staff.

Clean and quite

The pool was totally cold and a bad smelled.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group. They were super friendly and easy to work with.

The room was great. The only thing we would have made it better is to have the TV not be over the desk. It was difficult for my husband to work when I was watching tv. Also, it would be nice if there were hot chocolate packets along with the coffee.

We booked this hotel after our long flight from Guatemala. Decided to stay and rest before heading home the following day. I called a few hours earlier to let them know our flight was getting in late and we’d be doing late check out. Primarily to get some much needed rest after our flight. We got in a little after midnight and walked the short distance to the hotel. There is a gas station walking distance as well. I checked in and let the front counter personnel know I’d called earlier and was told late check out could be accommodated. I was then informed no one had informed them and they were fully booked and could not accommodate it. After discussing with the personnel again and informing them I had called a few hours ago and was told they’d make a note on my reservation and late check out would not be a problem. They agreed to extend late check out from 11 to 12. We went to bed that night thinking we’d be able to sleep in the following morning. We were woken up the following day at 7am with a continuous alarm going off in the room next to us. I called the front desk and they said it was a fire alarm and they were working in it. After 15-20, I called again as the alarm was still going off. Again, I was told they were working on it. It was 816am before the alarm was finally turned off, over an hour after I had initially called. Very disappointed, I really should’ve tried to get a refund but I’m all actuality didn’t have the energy for it. Probably won’t stay here again.

This property was clean and the fitness center was great! My biggest gripe is that the food was way overpriced for the location. $5 for a drip coffee, $9 for a large latte, or $15 for a small breakfast. These prices need to be lowered
