Immediately got hit with a $100 incidental deposit that wasn’t disclosed up front that would take up to 14 days to reimburse. The staff didn’t know how to process the charge so my card got charged five times. Hotel is being renovated…cheaply. The new shower head was hanging by a thread, same with the sink. Some wall lamps fell off the wall. But the sheets were clean and bed comfy.

The bathrooms (shower) are dirty and the breakfast is not good since they changed staff.

None of the promised amenities were there. Pool closed and used for storage, wifi unusable, free breakfast empty every day. Place is a flop house with long term residents. Worst hotel I have ever been in. I bought my own sheets and bedding and covered the chairs which were dirty. Do NOT bring small children here. Only reason I stayed was because of the no refunds policy.

I didn't even stay there and they told me they would give me my money back. They are not, so zero stars! Horrible! Keeping my money when I didn't stay there!

Always a good stay, usually they have towels by the pool but this time they didn’t that’s the only thing I can say that was wrong with our stay otherwise it was perfect!

So I just needed a place to stay for a night and quickly booked through Expedia. Expedia had preset dates that I overlooked. They made me book twice and refused to give me my money back for the night not needed. F this place.

From the check-in with a young lady named Faith (she was very kind and helpful), everything make me feel like this is where I needed to be. Comfortable is how I felt. I have no negatives to report.

Well the first night we stayed my son woke up with bites in his legs. I spoke with Johnny at the front desk and he was very helpful in getting our room changed and cleaning our stuff. I have not heard from the general manager even though I have left a message for her.

The staff are top class!!! They are very professional, love the accommodation and communication was great! I've came back to this hotel twice and every time they have been amazing!

Great place for the price. Updated and clean facility. They off a game room, swimming pool and weight room, which we did not check out. We enjoyed the breakfast. Not only did it include the standard carb breakfast choices, there were eggs, sausage, and yogurt available. We would stay there again.

The only reason I didn’t give this hotel one star is because if you’re not choosy about smells, the amenities are decent. The beds were decently comfortable. However… The entire hotel smelled BAD. Different bad smells at every turn. The room smelled like BO and hamburgers. I don’t have a reference for the general smell of the hotel. I’m not confident the room was cleaned well. Weirdly large gaps under the doors. They definitely never clean the floors. There was no cover on the toilet seat. It’s just one of those U-shaped toilet seats. This is unsanitary, unpleasant, and there’s a constant worry that you’re going to accidentally drop something in that toilet while you’re getting dressed. They had already authorized the credit cards used for all of the reservations first thing in the morning instead of at check-in and the girl at check-in seemed put out that I wanted to pay with a different card. I’ve never had this problem and I travel for work at least once a month. There was some confusion running the new card, which apparently resulted in the car being charged twice. I had to speak to two managers and still didn’t get a resolution. Since they had already authorized the first card, $180 on that account was on hold and unavailable to me, in addition to over $1100 on my credit card that was on hold because they charged me twice. Do not recommend. Will never stay here again. Will be complaining to their corporate office.

Room not available until 4:30PM despite claimed 3:00 check in. No hot water. Breakfast late and terrible. Desk staff arrogant and unprofessional. Lots of other options near by - don't stay here

The room appeared to be cleaned but it had a sour pungent smell every day when the air conditioner was off. We had to leave the fan on most of the time and the bathroom also on. On the website I didn't notice that this location was pet friendly. I am allergic to dogs and cats. While we were there we saw several medium to large dogs inside the property. Luckily I didn't have a problem. Staff was helpful and cordial. Breakfast was good everyday!

Looking for a quick night to lay my head hotel And room were clean

Check in was slow. Room was not ready. They do not clean your room unless you specifically request it. Management was rude and disrespectful. After I had waited at least 10 minutes to check in an employee went up to the check in clerk and had her get on the phone with someone while I was still waiting to check in. This place is a joke. Do not stay here!!

The hotel smelled weird, from the elevator to our room. The curtains in our room had stains on them. The room itself was fine and the sheets and towels were clean. It was not the worst place to stay, but it wasn’t as good as the pictures and reviews led on. Probably would not stay here again.
