Its very clean. No mold. Everything very clean. Only problem internet drops alot especially. But i love La mona. I made them my choice of stay in Puerto. See u soon. La Mona lozia. Beautiful.

Did not have access to the property

I loved it was 9/10 for me it was a great location it was clean and it was nice and quit and felt very safe. The only issue i had was the water in the shower did not have a lot of pressure or a lot of water coming out but over all still loved would definitely stay again !

In general okay. Kitchen and appliances were fine. Could use a little decoration here. Terrace outside is not really a place you want to sit and relax. Couches were wet and no view. Last but certainly no least; Wifi was quite a disaster. We needed Wifi for urgent matters, but it did not work, or real slow.

Cute little apartment complex near Calle Loiza Conveniently walking distance to local shops, restaurants, a nearby beach and more. Loved the cute little pool there. The property itself was very clean, and although it is a contactless check-out/check in there is no person in the building itself so if you need anything or have any questions, you can only reach out through text or call however they were very prompt at answering any questions the kitchen was well equipped, And the rainfall showers have a nice water pressure solo travel here so it was really nice. How safe the area was would definitely recommend or stay again.

Excellent place and great locations, please pay attention to the instructions since there are two entrance to the facility, but in general the place is very cozy and clean, there is like little renovation going on in some areas apparently but the place is great and i has also great potential to become an even better place, I enjoyed my stay, thanks

Very nice apartment. Has a ton a local shops and restaurants near and the beach is an 8 min walk away.

The hotel room was amazingly beautiful. I loved being able to stay with terrace and all. Parking was not difficult either. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. I will be back on my next vacation.

Loved this property and how helpful staff were. Very clean, quiet, and right around the corner from the beach ! Great location pretty walkable to everything. I would stay again :)

first of all the host was very nice. The spot was super cute. home away from home. i made breakfast both days, the movie we watched buffered a little while we watched but no biggie. we definitely enjoyed our selves. my boyfriend proposed on the beach that is 4 minutes away, supermarket across the street have white henny. We ordered some spanish food that would blow ny out the ball park and every where we went in uber was super close and about 6 bucks that means this spot was where it was at so no need for rental. The outlet in bathroom is by the door so i had to put my curling iron on the floor. The a.c dripped a little but there were plenty of towels and the host emails you every step of the way. Communication was great we felt very welcomed and comfortable & we will definitely be back. forget those hotels book this for sure! Thanks again, until next time

The studio is tiny. The apartment allowed easy access to Parque Central, Old San Juan and city centre so that's a plus. Look out for the fact that there are no elevators so upper floors are accessed only by stairs - of concern if you have heavy bags.

Excellent at all

This is a great location with great food just a walk away. Everything was clean and pretty and the bed is very comfortable.

We had a nice stay at this property overall. It is pretty walkable to restaurants and shops. The room was clean and served its purpose. There are no staff in the property or a front desk it’s self check in and check out.

We enjoyed staying here. The management company is off-site, but our after-hours requests for extra linens/towels were honored the next morning by cleaning staff. It was easy to check in at 2am, and we were given a complimentary 11am checkout when requested. The kitchen was sufficient for cooking basic meals, and there is a large grocery store a block away. The bathroom window didn't fully close, which we believe let in some mosquitoes.

I just love it

Honestly a steal! I was afraid of being in an area that wasn’t safe because it was such a reasonable price but couldn’t have felt any safer. Quick walk to the beach, very clean, & loved the pool area in the back. If you’re a solo traveler, I would highly recommend this place. Building is always locked & area is very quiet at night. Ubers were very cheap (6-15 dollars) since everything was a 5-10 minute drive.

The location was great ! But the property itself is average. They don’t have an elevator so be prepared to walk up all ur luggage 3 flights of stairs. When I first checked in the power was off for 3 hours so that was a bummer. But everything u need is walking distance so you don’t have a car this is the perfect location for you.

I stayed at this property and loved it! When I first got to the property I had trouble entering due to the security code. I called the property and someone was able to meet me in front of the door and help me. There’s also an office about four blocks away from where I was staying. I absolutely loved the space! It was modern, clean, spacious. There was a communal pool upstairs. A washer and dryer in the unit. The customer service was great. The area was great!

I arrived 10.2PM and no light in the room. 30 minutes to try to contact by mail Whatsapp, and finally by phone. By phone they gave me other room. No personal presence at the premise of the hotel. The personal was collaborative to keep our luggage at next day.

We had a really good time. So close to so many different places the ppl who worked here were super helpful. Ask for Sammy he was amazing. The rooms made feel really comfortable the ac was really workin on those really hot days.

So I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights and I only had a few problems which I am going to list, but overall the property isn’t bad. When I booked I ask and was told that I could check in early because my flight landed @ 5/6am. Upon arrival I called the host and they told me I had to wait until 10am until I could receive the code to everything and pay a 80 fee on top of it. I didn’t mind the fee because I was told about that but I was also told that I could get into my room @ 5/6am. After entering the room wasn’t bad, not what I expected but it wasn’t bad. I had 0 bugs and rodents. 2 towels (no wash cloth), the tv and AC worked, with a working fridge and freezer. They are not a up and close business so everything is over the phone so be aware of that when booking. But for the price and area it’s okay. It has a nice little view, a good place to get Ubers, a super market for convince down the street and a lot of good food and drinking spots. Personally I rate it a 6/10. If they work on communication and maybe update a the rooms to have more outlets u would give it a solid 8/10. But definitely book after 10am or around 2pm that’s when you won’t be charged $80

I was very happy with my stay. It was important for me to have a small kitchenette for breakfast and coffee, and it worked perfectly for my needs. The room was spacious and clean and the AC kept it very cool and comfortable. Knowing that the staff was unavailable after 6 was a little nerve wracking, although we didn't end up having any issues. I was unaware, also, that there wouldn't be service during the day, so the room got pretty dirty. The area was quiet after 9:30 pm which was very welcome. Super convenient location, most places we went were only 5 minutes away. Parking wasn't too bad, we usually found a space on a side road about a block away.

We arrived after a delayed flight only for the key to not be in the lockbox as it was supposed to be and it was 1am. Tried contacting with no help and they refuse a refund. Went to the hotel across the street and was told this is very common. Do not book here.
