One of the rooms didn’t have a shower curtain, it was very dusty and hair in the bathroom. There was an old stuffed animal in one of the drawers. Both rooms had some kind of cleaning product used on the tile floors that made them very slippery. Our other rooms bathroom had animal and human hair on the shower tiles. It was close to places to dine. The breakfast offered on the morning was good. The beds were clean and comfortable.

The air conditioning constantly made a chirping noise in the breakfast area was very congested and hard to get to the food.

The front desk was SO nice and welcoming. They were more than accommodating, and we loved our stay. Only disadvantage is our kitchen had a dirty coffee pot and the garbage disposal still had visible old food.

Service was great. Neighbors had barking dogs for hours and I called the front desk and the dog didn’t bark anymore the rest of the night. Condition and cleanliness was very poor. Stains on carpet.. smelled musky. No ac in hotel except for the rooms. One of two elevators was broken. And the hotel was PACKED. Back to the room. It was very very dirty. Fingerprints and smears on everything. Dirty rags left under sink in bathroom. Tiles were stained. Two mostly empty rolls of toilet paper and that was it. Luckily I was just staying one night and moving onto my final destination. I wouldn’t let my kids walk barefoot on the carpet. It was like bad bad.

Stood only one note to get rest from a long road trip. Very clean and very nice staff, and the fact that they are pet friendly is amazing. Would recommend

Perfect

The room was clean, the property was clean and the lady at the front desk was friendly ( she was the only staff we encountered. The problem was, I literally came to sleep before a 5:15 am flight, and I couldn't sleep because the room was so hot. The AC was not working, it was set on 68 and we were all sweating.I called front desk, she came said the settings were wrong and to call her if it wasn't cooling off in 30 minutes and she would call maintenance. I tried to call twice and no one answered. It was a miserable night and made for a miserable next day.

Property is good but house keeping dis not clean trash from previous rental.. so little disappointed.

We have stayed at Home 2 Suites before and had a good experience, which is why we tried this one heading down to our vacation spot. The room was clean, but when we make a registration for 5 people, why are there only 3 sets of towels? I went to get coffee after we checked in, and it said hot coffee bar 24 hrs/day. The coffee was lukewarm at best. When I inquired, the front desk girl said it would take 30 minutes for new coffee, so I just made a cup in my room. The weight room had one towel and dirty floors. The breakfast had very few options. No yogurt, no oatmeal, no fridgerated options but milk. No fresh fruit. The only thing available was pre-made items, nothing fresh or healthy. I literally left starving. I'm not sure that we will trust this hotel with future stays.

Remodeling

We were put on the 5th floor for a disabled room and the elevators were broken. We were told that they will be fixed when the maintenance guy arrives could be a couple of days. We asked if we could get help bringing our belongings downstairs and the exact comment from the front desk was “good luck with that!” The grass around the area was over our head.

Good location. Clean hallways and room.

The staff were all extremely friendly and very attentive. Unfortunately 1 elevator was out of service. The room and common areas could have been a little cleaner. Overall the stay was pleasant and relaxing.

The breakfast bar isn’t setup very well. It’s hard to tell where the line ends and begins. Also, tables are so close to the bar so it’s hard to move around. The food wasn’t bad though. Everything else was good. We would stay here again.

The only thing that could be improved is to have softer mattresses!

It was very comfortable for me and my pet will be coming back soon!

Great location within walking distance to an array of dining options. Safe, very clean and friendly staff. The room was big and very well organized. Great place!!

Overall it was a good stay. Place was clean and quiet. We did request a hair dryer and were told by the front desk they would try ton”track one down”….never heard back from them. There were not enough sheets or bedding for the pull out. We requested some and we were told we have to come get them and we were already in our pajamas. Breakfast was decent, but things were placed very odd cases, especially the silverware which is under the counter in an odd spot. They need to make things more accessible and offer more seating for people eating. Otherwise it was a great place.

We stayed 4 nights. Friendly staff, breakfast was good. Beds could be of slightly better quality, but we slept pretty good for the most part. I would definitely come back.

It was a great hotel stay.

Location is near some good resturants and a movie theatre, has good access to highways.

We stayed here overnight for a baseball tournament and our stay was perfect!

Walls a pretty thin but other than that a decent place

Wr have a great experience in our stay, nice staff, great location, big and comfortable room, include the breakfast and the rooms have a full kitchenette. Family with kids or long stay its an excellent hotel

The restaurants, shopping the destination I was visiting and airport were all to get to and from.

Breakfast was really disappointing. No fresh fruit for waffle as advertised in the hotel. No bagel. Only two slice of bread available for toast. It is a shame.
