Loved the room and the area. Only glitch: hard to work the TV. Insignia system. Couldnt figure out how to get the regular channels.

For my family visit location is perfect. Lots of restaurants and a nearby farmers market. Studio apartment was well equipped, spacious and clean. Communication was great. When I had a comment about the tv setup, the response was positive an immediate. Will definitely stay there again

Amazing location and a great spot to stay if you are traveling alone as the rooms are pretty small perfect for a single person trip. Not recommended for anyone traveling with children or parties larger than two. If a disability prevents you or limits your ability to walk or if you only maneuver using the aid of a wheelchair or walker this may not be a good fit as stairs are the only way to access the rooms and upper levels

Great location in Del Rey area. Safe with loads of restaurants around. Good parking in back. Easy to get in/out. But … the place is showing its age and lack of maintenance. We changed rooms because the AC wasn’t working, carpet was disgustingly stained the bath was very mildewy. The virtual help desk was on it and they moved us in 5 mins. The second room’s AC was functional and the bath wasn’t filled with mildew but it was still quiet worn on the tables, sink chipped, carpet badly stained, missing handles and draw pulls - all seems like thing the management company doesn’t care to address in order to maximize profit. The onsite cleaners did a good job and the small lobby was sparking and smelled amazing each day.

Lovely neighborhood and building . No elevator up to rooms on second floor. We had difficulty with the key code lock to our room. This was resolved by a text. Only real problem was the two steep steps up into the bathroom. Could be dangerous at night. We did enjoy our stay. Great places to eat in this very nice area.

It was in a quiet and safe location. Also had restaurants in walking distance and shopping and grocery stores as well. The stay was clean and comfortable with no issues. Definitely look forward to using Kasa again.

This property was in a great spot in the middle of downtown Del Ray and the studio size was perfect. The drawbacks were: the code to our unit didn't work and two lamps were missing their bulbs.

If your destination is Del Ray this is the perfect spot. Room is well appointed with nice kitchen and decent bathroom. It is right on mt. Vernon with lots of good dining options.the room is well insulated so barely any noise from the street, even on a Saturday night. Safe neighborhood and nice to walk around.
Communication with property manager is easy. Great instructions on how to get in the building and room.
Good price as well.

Overall this is a great location I've stayed there several times in this hotel is usually wonderful and I like the fact that it's very automated and I don't have to speak or talk to anybody it's just a code that sent to you to get you into the building and into your room. This last time the cleanliness wasn't there I felt that the wear and tear in the room was becoming more apparent than previous days The water pressure was minimal and the technology is cumbersome if not set up correctly.

I was desperate having worked almost 24 hours straight and my flight was cancelled. I booked this place last minute with no refund clause.
This place was disgusting. The couch was covered in stains of god knows what, along with the carpet. the shower base was mildewed. I slept with the lights on and fully dressed.
There is no check-in. No one on-site to complain too. Traveler beware.

The studio was great! I am getting used to properties where you do everything on line. The security felt solid and everything we needed was provided. Easy to book and easy access to DCA.

I didn't realize, outside of booking with Hotels.com, there was further interaction with the place itself, through email, that needed to be addressed. There was an 800 number that took care of everything upon checking that was great. I felt it could have been a bit cleaner. There is mold in the corners of the shower (a 1/3 bleach water spay would fix that), the areas around the cupboard handles were full of finger prints and grime as well as the front of the microwave. It also was quiet noisy, early mornings as the street traffic and families walking to the school across the street. It did help to have the sound machine.
Lots of restaurants and close to bus. It is about an hour to get to the National Mall.

A great place to stay. Clean and close to everything. Multiple restaurants and shops are just around the corner. You feel like a local when you walk out the door to the bar/restaurant or just for a walk.

It was very neat that the property was nestled within an established community. There were several eating options in the area and is located in an area I look forward to revisiting.

We loved the neighborhood it was located in. Very friendly wonderful family owned resturants very quiet and safe. The room was dirty and smelled to heavily of cigarette smoke that we would wake up with headaches and bloodshot eyes every morning.
