I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Kasa. Everything one needs is within walking distance

Kasa is located in a luxury apartment building. Our space was affordable, close to the redline, shopping, dining, etc. The space was really comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed for a weekend trip!

I would definitely come back here again!! It was a perfect size for my and my girls and a PERFECT location in the city. The ONLY complaint I have is that the blinds were broken so we couldn’t close them fully and the screen door for the sliding door was broken as well. Other than that, it was a 10/10 experience

We had a great experience here. Our first time with a Kasa and loved it. Our apartment was fully stocked with everything we could need and it was very accessible to downtown Chicago!

Super easy to get in and very clean. Awesome location to everything in the city. Beach, Michigan Ave, restaurants and comedy clubs and theatres to see a show. And of course the River walk is super close. Highly recommend the architectural tour!

.Before booking, please be aware that Kasa apartments are run like a managed service. There is only a staff member on-site for a few hours each day, usually between 11am and 7pm, to handle check-ins. Outside of these hours, you must use their app or email to contact customer support. We had an issue with our room the first night which required us to move room. hey said we could move later that day once another guest had checked out. After returning later in the day, we found the new room hadn’t been cleaned yet. The on-site staff member said it would be ready in 30 minutes, but we waited over 90 minutes and had to follow up ourselves. Because all rooms are accessed via keycode, the remote team needed to generate a new keycode for us—a process that couldn't be handled by the on-site staff and took another 90 minutes. This remote team, not even located in the USA, had to be contacted to move our booking and generate a new keycode. The on-site staff encouraged us to go out for the evening, assuring us that customer support would email us the new keycode, but I wasn’t confident and didn’t want to risk being locked out. Eventually, we received the new keycode. I've never stayed in a hotel or apartment where the on-site staff do so little apart from handling check-ins. The remote customer support team lacked communication and urgency.

I had a great experience with my family during our 2 nights staying at Kasa. The area is one of the best in town. You’ll find everything within minutes : shopping malls, great restaurants, Chicago river, and many more city attractions. Public transportation is available at your door. Public parking is available in your building and it’s safe. If you are not ready to pay a large amount to park your car, it’s better to use public transportation or walk. I paid $50 per day for parking, if you move your car several times during the day, you will pay as many times as you’re coming back to the parking lot. Parking in Chicago is very expensive everywhere in downtown. Kasa is the perfect location to stay in the city because it’s walking distance to everything you may need in the city. I will stay there again anytime soon.

Our stay was great. The location was perfect, almost everything to see and do in Chicago was within waking distance. The staff was super helpful and the units have just about everything you would need for an extended stay

We got a studio. The things that we liked about Kasa was that it is a high rise with a great view of the city, located in the River North area surrounded by restaurants, walking distance to shopping, the Magnificent Mile and other hot spots. We liked that you will get communications via text to make sure you have settled in okay, to see if there are any issues, to extend your stay and help you sign out. The hotel was clean. I had one issue where the cleaners didn't clean around the base of the toilet. I was able to address that in the text. They sent someone up right away. We also liked that there is a Whole Foods right across the street. You have a full kitchen in your unit where you can prepare meals What we didn't like was the noise however it is "city noise" and to be expected. There are about 3 Catholic churches in the vicinity that ring their bells at the same time every day. Also the front desk guy seemed "bothered" and not very personable, a trait that is necessary when dealing in hospitality. The welcome wasn't warm.

The mattress would have to be changed

Great location - right in the downtown core and within 5 min walking distance of magnificent mile. The room was spacious and clean with everything you could want. One thing though, the bathroom was very dated - an old tub (I’m guessing at least 20 years old) with no handheld shower. The property is great though and security staff were excellent !

Location was convenient to everything downtown. The apartment setting was definitely better than just having a hotel room.

This place is completely amazing! From the beginning to end I had full support and answer from the team. The location is great and the apartment is complete, everything works perfectly and I had no issues. I highly recommend stay at Kasa specially if you wanna feel like home and have even more privacy than a regular hotel. Kasa also provides really good amenities.

The location is great and the room is fully equipped with the useful home appliances like dish washer, laundry and dryer. It’s very helpful for the long stay travelers.

What a view btw. Very beautiful being this high up. The room is enough space to do cartwheels and lounge. No parking however other than paying for parking structures or on the road. Very pricey btw. But definitely a different XP.

Kasa’s accommodations are located within an apartment house in a safe neighborhood, one block from a subway stop, a major grocery store, and adjacent to a range of restaurants. Prompt staff assistance is available on the premises during working hours, but most functional interaction is handled via messaging/e-mailing. The resulting savings accommodate a self-serve apartment suite (w/kitchen and washing machine) whose amenities exceed that of a traditional hotel in the same cost range.
