It's quiet

Amazing place. I wish we had stayed longer. A little distant from downtown Oslo but it makes up for it in Service, comfort, cleanliness, and the breakfast was perfection.

The linen was luxurious. The food delicious. The staff were friendly and professional. Will stay again.

Rooms are quite small and rather dark. Rooms need a make-over. Paint off on the walls. No room service not phone in the room. All has to be paid by card. No room charge. Have to reserve for dinner otherwise no dinner…

The spa

Very unpleasant attitude when asking for a dinner table and not understanding why we needed to wait 45min with plenty of free tables around. The guest best was for sure boy in the mind of the head waiter .

I liked everything about this experience. Beautiful property and rooms. The breakfast was fantastic and the pizza was the best. the staff was the best I've ever experienced.

Poor service for yoga studio with non solution oriented staff. She only referred to her manager for any decisions but the manager was off…Cold plate for serving hot meat did not improve my impression.

Top notch hotel. A little light on activities if you are not a golf or spa ethusiast.

We chose to stay here for one night after flying into Oslo from the US with our family of 4. We needed a place to sleep and get oriented before we ventured into Norway more. This was the perfect first stop. Impeccable, friendly service, beautiful area, good ambiance and food. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Our room was a bit small but met our needs. My teen son liked the gym.

We loved the spa and I had a wonderful massage. The property is great for walking and the view of the golf course from our balcony was peaceful and wonderful! Best of all the restaurant's food and staff is amazing! I couldn't believe all the options for breakfast. We stayed twice during our 2 weeks here before a business meeting in Gjovik and before the stay we had previously booked in Kolboton... because we enjoyed it so much!

Was marketed as having an airport shuttle - but during stay was told that isn't available on weekends. So spent 1000 NOK for taxi's to and from the airport. Staff was not helpful when I raised that the booking said there was an airport shuttle... even sharing a bad joke that I could walk with my two young kids (hotel is 15 km from the airport).

very nicely designed interior / exciting design details. Service was great from all the staff we had to do with. Highlight: the best Pizza I ever ate outside of Napoli. 100% Authentic! The version: Margerita burrata + truffles is a „forbidden variation“ which even pro‘s from Napoli would have accepted as worthy to be called „real pizza“. If the time and weather allows it - you can play golf, just before your departure … Love it!

Plan was a quick stop en-route to Oslo Airport. Very little friendly when driving. Paid parking in the middle of nowhere, with parking companies following up! Parking is far from reception, and payment did not work, so had to log-on to parking company website. Signs are not good when entering in dark, and room-numbering is confusing. Very little effective for a quick stop. Hotel and breakfast was fresh and good. Small rooms. Never again for a quick stop.

If I could rate Lily higher, I would. My bag never arrived at my final destination and the personnel couldn’t have been better. Alexander in management went far above and beyond helping me replace my outdoor gear needed to go on my sailing trip. I can’t thank Alexander enough. The country club is beautiful and well-staffed. Everyone was wonderful and I can’t recommend Lily Country Club enough. Not to mention, their golf course looks fabulous. Thank you, Alexander, Lily is lucky to have you

The food was excellent, the attention was great, and the rooms were great they also paid lots of attention to the beds and the bathrooms to make sure that they were clean.

It is a beautiful hotel inside and the outside building is very simple. There is parking by the hotel but it is unfortunately paid parking. The reception is on the other side so if you parked first at the parking area, you have to carry your luggages to the other side to check-in. Better park first by the front short to check in. Check-in time is at 3pm and it's usually busy. The rooms are ok. Beds are very comfy. We have the family room with two beds where one is a pull-out. Slept well. Bathroom is modern and clean with amenities included. Breakfast is included witht the booking and there are varieties to choose from. Dinner options are good but a little pricey. If you have not booked any of their packages, you have to pay to use some facilities. Indoor pool which belongs to the spa can only be accessed by family with kids from 7-12 and you would need to pay for the access. There are activities for kids so they are occupied. There's also a play area outside. Staff at the restaurant were wonderful. I found the service from reception staff very lacking. They were not available most of the time.
