A great hotel that is modern, clean, and has an incredible location. The staff is friendly and attentive. It would be almost perfect if it were not for the discomfort of the gym when you stay on the 6th floor. The dumbles thrown on the floor of the seventh floor would wake the whole of the 6th floor. I am not sure how the owners/designers would forget that the primary purpose of a hotel room is the comfort of sleep.

We had to stay overnight because of flights delays and hotel charged a lot of money. I was not happy and argued about it .They didn’t give a toss.It was very disappointing and poor customer service

My family and I stayed at this Holiday Inn in Yerevan for a wedding. The hotel has a rooftop dining area with friendly and professional staff. Narine prepared our omelets with a smile and Lusine, Momikon, and Viktoria were friendly and greeted us every morning. One worker even went out of their way to help my mother. The spa unfortunately was not as it was advertised. During our two week stay, the Hamman was closed the entire time, the steam room was closed for about four days, and the jacuzzi was closed for one day. The cleaning staff at the spa and gym were very kind and attentive and helped my mother find the locker room. The front desk staff at the spa were not as helpful or friendly. On our first night, the room’s air-conditioning was not working properly. I notified the reception several times and the technicians were unable to resolve the issue. After I was placed in another room, the front staff sent up a bowl of fruit for the inconvenience. Also, one of the elevators was not working properly and the internet went out twice. The hotel housekeeping was detail-oriented, friendly, and provided excellent service. Overall, the staff at this Holiday Inn were friendly. I was impressed with the customer service from the rooftop dining area and the cleaning staff from the spa and the housekeeping. The amenities at the hotel were not all available and was a big part of the reason why I chose to stay here. Overall, my family and I had a good stay.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location of Yerevan. Helpfull staff , clean rooms and a tasty breakfast. During the week we spent the chef offered a variety of delightful seasonal fruits for breakfast.

Second time staying at this location. Came back because of excellent service. Staff is extremely polite, knowledgeable, willing to help every step of the way. Will come back again. Highly recommend

I had a lovely relaxing stay at the Holiday Inn. Rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. The central location on Republic Square makes it ideal for a Yerevan trip. It is my second stay in that hotel within a year. This time, I was traveling on my own so a regular room was fine but I had stayed with my husband in a suite back in December and that was really pleasant for 2 guests. I enjoyed swimming at the covered pool on the top floor. Unlike other guests, I am not impressed at all with the breakfast (bad croissants and uninteresting food overall) so I would not recommend purchasing that option unless it comes for free with your room.

The staff treated me like I was a common criminal. Threatens to keep me cats at the hotel. Luckily a family member came who is a part of the police force. But I do have video where the security officer told me he would keep me here if I didn’t pay even though I showed proof that I did

This hotel is amazing in every way. It is conveniently located next to city center attractions (The Republic Square and the dancing fountain!), all your shopping needs, and great restaurants and cafes. The hotel far exceeds what you would find in a Holiday Inn in the US, a very pleasant surprise! Incredibly generous, copious, and delicious breakfast; great food and drinks available throughout the day. The pool area is fantastic as well, and very popular with guests. The outstanding feature of this hotel by far is its incredible staff. This was my first time in Armenia and the staff were some of the first Armenians I have ever met, and I can sincerely say that I have fallen in love with this country and its people largely due to the kindness, respect, and humanity with which the staff interacts with guests. Our stay turned out to be extensive due to unforeseen, difficult circumstances, and I am deeply grateful to everyone who works there for their above-and-beyond helpfulness, friendliness, kindness -- all the while remaining highly professional. Thank you, Holiday Inn Yerevan, for making a difficult time a bit easier on us and for serving as such brilliant ambassadors of your country and culture!

The entrance of the hotel is so bad, there is lot of stairs and it is so difficult to pull the bags and there is no one to help you. the hotel & restaurant employees & management is so so bad, but i need to say thank you to Arman. the house keeping is bad too, they did not clean the rooms very well & not every day. however they don’t change the bed sheets at all.

The senior staff were amazing and very accommodating. Definite language barrier with the lower-level staff, but overall good experience.

If you're room is facing Republic Square street side, you'll be MISERABLE beyond words of ENDLESS impossible to stop noise. Stay becomes miserable with no ability to sleep. Rooms have no soundproofing at all from outside noise. EPIC FAIL. If you are there on a Friday or Saturday & they do courtyard concerts at Jivan restaurant, you'll live in a real life nightmare with no ability to stop the concert. VIBRATES the ENTIRE BUILDING all the way up to the 7th floor. THIS IS A NIGHTMARE. DO NOT STAY HERE. NO way to stop it. Totally irresponsible design, event & hotel management. They should all be fired for allowing this. Even on the other side, the sound bounces through the entrace to Jivan and can be heard on OTHER side of the building. Rarely will i EVER complain but this WARNING MUST BE MADE known to get management to wake up & stop it or customers to know you will regret your stay.

It was a great experience staying in this hotel, love breakfast in the morning, amenities are great, pool, spa and saunas are fantastic. Great staff very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had during my stay was a internet connection, I had to do reconnect almost every day, other than that it was a great stay .

Staff are really great and especially my friends allergies which were well managed. However the heating was blasting and i had to open windows to sleep although it was snowing!
