Stay was great. Breakfast hot table was always empty. In fact everything was always running out. Took a while to eat breakfast every morning.

Front desk staff was pleasant. The king sized bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on.

Pool area was a bit dirty, one of the elevators was flooded with pool water and smelled of wet dog.

The manager Joshua was quick to fix the mistake made with the reservation. We had a very clean big room for a family of 6. Much appreciate...can wait to visit again

Clean rooms, quiet, breakfast was okay, close to lots of restaurants, close to highway. Would stay here again. Underground parking access was very steep and difficult for a large SUV, but there was lots of above ground parking.

Checking in with the front desk was excellent.
The pool hot tub was out of order which was disappointing.
The house keeping did not total clean the bathroom as there was still hair on the floor/ counter and the there was some rusting in the sink.

I liked that it was right off the Henday with the Windermere restaurant area and movie theatre a short 5 min drive. It was convenient to drive to West Edmonton Mall. The pool and air conditioning was appreciated during the heat wave. Breakfast was good too.

Had a great couple nights stay! Check in was quick and easy. Staff was nice and froendly. The room has all the amenities one needs for a short stop or a few day stay. Bed was comfy, room was very clean! I didn't get a chance to check out the pool facility but I bet it was nice during the heatwave!

I would happily stay here again in the future and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet place that's close to lots of shopping.
If there was a downside to anything in this hotel, it would be the elevator and the surrounding area. It seems like only one of the two elevators were running at the time we were there which led to a bit of a traffic jam in the morning when everyone is checking out. We were on the third floor and it looked as though someone had carved into the wall in front of the elevator as well. But again, these are minor inconveniences.

Love the area, great for everything, shopping, eating and movie night….If there is one thing to complain about it would be the pillows, they are just too soft for us…It wouldn’t stop us from staying there but next time we might consider just bringing our own. Love staying at a new hotel for great rates and the breakfast is amazing!

Nice hotel and we had a very nice room which was very quiet. Good location that was close to our daughter’s house. Breakfast offered in the morning, a bit more variety in food items would have been better. The hotel is not in a walkable area but that was okay for us as we rented a car.
