The location of the hotel is perfect. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The main highlight was the staff who were always very helpful and happy to go the extra mile. Overall a very good experience.

Nothing but good things to say about the property. From the front desk experience (they happily held my bags when I arrived well before check in time), and gave me great recommendations for a number of local things. Lobby cafe was nice, 'apartment' room was a very nice surprise. Rain shower head was the first thing i tried, and beds were comfortable for all activities. Kitchenette setup was clean, equipped, and modern. Property was safe and secure especially at night, with several levels of locks to access rooms. Only tiny issue I found was that the television was not visible from the bed, as there was a room dividing wall blocking it.

An excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Dublin. The rooms are studio apartments, with separate kitchen, dining and sleeping areas. The design is perfect, coupled with the Smeg appliances. A bonus point - a yoga mat!! I simply loved it!

We had a fantastic stay here! We booked a room for a few nights with the full kitchen, which was a must. It had everything we needed and more. It was also very clean, and we found the location perfect for us! Would stay again.

The staff was very prompt on our requests. They told us checking in they do not service the room every day during your stay, which was fine with us. The first morning we did not have any shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the bottles in the shower. My husband did go to the front desk to get some but this might be something to check, things like refills prior to a new person stay. Also, it would be nice to have some wash cloths in the bathrooms, my husband uses one in the shower. I loved the large towels and the drying rack, the towels were dry for the next time and so warm. The room was great and had everything we needed include a small kitchen which came in very handy in the mornings, since we purchased pastries in the little cafe in the hotel and ate them in our room. We also had two awesome restaurants, The Winding Stair and Woolen Mills just steps from our hotel. Also, the original Temple Bar and Temple Bar area was just across Liffey River from the hotel. Great location! Great place to stay conveniently located and great staff, who are very helpful and provide great service.

Everything about the Locke was awesome. The location is epic. More about that later. New, clean, easy to access. 20ish minutes from the airport. Rooms were on the small side but that is be expected in Ireland. Very well appointed with a small kitchen. Bed was comfortable.
The only thing to know is that the location is on the Liffey River and across the street from Temple Bar. So, the birds in the morning are loud. And Temple Bar is rowdy at night until late. Expect noise until late at night and the fecking seagulls are at it at 5am.

At first we thought the price was a bit over the top but on arrival in the apartment we realized why. The apartment itself was a great size and zoned off very well. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, dishwasher, washer and microwave/oven combo plus all the utensils you would need to eat in, which we did for evening meals. On arrival at check in the staff were friendly and informative, we even got into our room even though it was only 10am in the morning and check in wasn't till 3pm (very handy). The bathroom was a good size and had a variety of showering essentials. Also good size towel. Seating was comfortable as was the bed, which was good after all the sight seeing we did. The hotel is ideally situated and although in the centre it was relatively quiet. The staff have been great throughout our stay making it easy to obtain extra brewing essentials. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again. Well done and keep up the good work.

A good stay, great location. A couple of things…. Elevator broke down during the stay. Did not communicate it was repaired until after we took the stairs down with your luggage, 5 flights . No bar and their small cafe closed at 3.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Zanzabar Locke For five nights. The complete experience was five stars. The front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are spotless and also comfortable. We would definitely be back and stay again should We had another opportunity to come to Dublin. The location was the best you could imagine, Central to everything! We have zero complaints And that doesn’t happen that often these days. Thank you for everything staff at Zanzibar Locke Dublin!!

We loved our room overlooking the river and the excellent facilities and great location meant that we could easily do a mix of eating out and in our room. The hotel is in a fabulous central location (without being noisy) that made it easy for us to walk everywhere and pop back in between sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would recommend staying here very highly. Thank you.

The Zanzibar Locke is a great location, just a few doors from the Haypenny Bridge but on the north side of the Liffy River. This location puts you within a short walk of the Temple Bar area but away from the crowd of tourists.
I enjoyed the apartment style of our room. It had a kitchenette, sofa, dining table & chairs separate from the sleeping area. Most important,it had a washer/dryer! I was finally able to wash clothes.
There was a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head and plenty of hot water.
The coffee shop in the lobby has excellent coffee and selections of croissants, pastries, and breads. It’s a cozy place to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and visit with other travelers.
Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. You can tell that they enjoy their jobs.

Beautiful and well maintained property in the heart of Dublin. It was such a convenient spot for all the tours we were taking. The staff is attentive and friendly. Beautiful cafe right in the lobby. Clean and safe property. I would like a bit more direction from the hotel as to where to park. That would be helpful upon arrival. I did have one problem with the mattress, more specifically there was a spring sticking out the side the mattress that if I were not wearing pants would have scrapped my leg substantially. They were attentive to this feedback.

Lovely property and the staff were very friendly. Room was sizable, they had free laundry which was a huge plus. We were right in county center which was incredibly convenient. My only complaint was we couldn’t get the room to the right temp at night, but overall I’d highly recommend.
