Amazing hotel with free breakfast and great staff in the middle of Phnom phenh. We were greeted with a welcome drink and shown our rooms immediately; hot tub on the roof was a nice perk and they have a great restaurant and free breakfast.

Special mention to front desk staff: Pattya. He made my stay really memorable with the impeccapable service. He even gave us travel tips for safety and even recommendeded some of his local favourites. I normally dont leave reviews but this time I just had to specially mention him. Its people like him that makes a hotel a home away from home. Thank you Pattya!

The staff was amazing from the front desk to the doorman. The street food across the street is great and a good value. It is only a short walk to the royal palace and river front.

Very pleasant stay in the heart of Phnom Penh. Very easy to get around the city. I stayed in the one-bedroom and it was very comfortable and quiet. Looking forward to staying here again.

The location of the hotel is good. It has a nice restaurant on 14/F which serves tasty food and shows a spectacular view. The lobby area is also spacious. Hotel staff are friendly in general.

Clean and comfortable!

A new Capri (by Fraser) franchise in Phnom Penh, only 2 months old as of the date of review (mid-June ‘23). Given that it is new, occupancy was a bit light so I was given a room upgrade from a Deluxe King to an Executive King without even asking; YMMV as occupancy rises, which given how nice the accommodations and location are, so anticipate will be soon. A decent little breakfast was included in my rate, which was quite low for what was provided. I travel frequently for work across Asia and while this was a trip on my own Dime, I can safely say this was the best “value proposition” I’ve seen in terms of rate vs what is provided. Super cold A/C (I usually set to 18c as they never work, here I could set to 24c and get true 24c), very comfy bed and linens, and UK comparable AC ports (I didn’t even notice this perk until my next Hotel). My only disappointment is that I pre-booked my next 3 nights of accommodations (I generally change Hotels every night) as I would have just extended my stay here had I not. Hat tip to Kol, who is either the Night Manager or General Manager. Excellent customer service. Thank you, sir.

Wonderful small hotel in a very convenient location. And just across the road from a world’s 50 best restaurants , Cuisine Wat Damnart Phnom Penh. My only gripe is that the 28 sqm room was probably about 22sqm. Otherwise nearly perfect!

Very nice and clean. It was a short stay so did not get a chance to explore the hotel. Quiet and had a great sleep.

Great design. Surrounded by great restaurants and bar. But there should be a sofa at the foot of the bed, possibly with a small table. There is more than enough space. There is no comfortable way to watch TV now, it is too far if you lie on the bed. There is o comfortable place to sit and read either. A ten dollar scale would be nice too.

There are 2 LYVE hotels... I actually thought I was checking into one and I had stayed at previously and was disappointed because this one room is half size.. Jacuzzi in gym are open which is better than the other Hotel however there is no opening window or balcony in this room no fresh air
