The room seemed pretty clean and quiet…however, I did find hairs in the bathroom, which always puts me off and wondering about the rest of its sanitation. Bed and bedding was comfortable.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in a while. Staff was helpful, place was clean, hot tub had the most powerful jets, breakfast options were plentiful and good quality, room was clean and nice, bed was ok but I'm picky, location was good for walking and even a morning run.

Enjoyed our stay. Business center was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom set-up was odd with door too close to shower but not a big deal. Toiletries were bad. Tiny bottles with terrible product and if I were being super picky towels were cheap and scratchy. But overall nice place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We will be returning to stay again. Rooms were clean and well maintained, location was quiet, and the staff were professional and nice. We enjoyed the provided breakfast (Omelette bar a huge hit!).

Clean and reasonably quiet. We waited a while to check in, but I think this was just bad luck; the people right in front of us had a complication, and there was only one staff person on late in the evening. Very friendly staff overall. We were there as Washington State University parents -- it is a long haul from WSU if you are tired late in the day, although an easy return the next morning. Good shopping close by for those college essentials!

We were greeted on arrival; the room was very clean and with a view.. The view was of the hills above Clarkston and Lewiston. The breakfast was great, with omelet station, waffle station, and the usual breakfast options.. Also even had packets of instant breakfast.. Will definitely use this hotel again.

This is a great hotel stay. Your room is super comfortable the internet is fast and it's quiet. Also in reception the gentleman who's checked me in was very friendly and accountable. Got me a room close to the elevators that I didn't have to walk all the way down to the other property. I'll be back!

Asked for early check-in at 1:00pm and told the rooms weren’t cleaned yet. Promised they would be ready at 3:00pm. Came back after 3:00pm and told the rooms weren’t cleaned yet. Went to dinner and came back at 5:30pm and we’re finally able to check in.
Asked for adjoining rooms and told they didn’t have any. Got checked into one of our rooms and it had an adjoining door to a room that was not rented that night.
The grout in the shower needs a good cleaning. Other than that the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Great newer hotel. 4th time staying. Caught them at a busy breakfast time at 7:30am today. The scrambled eggs were not re filled in the 30 minutes I was there. I was told they were coming our I could order from the omlet bar. Hash browns were under cooked and missing for 15 minutes upon arrival. Coffee machine need a re set and the caraffe was empty as the other option. Had to ask for help. Overall, nice hotel and usually satisfied with breakfast, but not this time.

The rates for this hotel we absurd due to a family weekend at WSU. I paid the high rate, because we had stayed there before, and they have a breakfast omelet bar that works well for my family who is mostly gluten intolerant. They were understaffed, and the omelet bar was close with almost no gluten free options. Lots of small annoying things that will prevent me from returning. Front desk guy told me about his problems when I checked in. Soap that does not rinse off! Seriously, even my kids brought it up on the last trip, and they don’t care about that stuff. Table and charging receptacle on one side of the bed! I would be fine with all this at $150 a night, but not at 2.5x that much.
