Breakfast was very good, ordered from menu as opposed to a buffet setting, and really liked that. Bed was comfy, tv was larger than at some hotels. Everything appeared to be cleaned. Attached restaurant was a plus.

The smell when we first entered the room was rather unpleasant. While I thought someone had forgotten to flush the toilet, my husband at first thought it was the cleanser they had used, but we eventually concluded it was probably the smell from the paper mill that is located nearby filtering in. So, am guessing there isn't much to be improved in that aspect.

It was clean.

Wasn't told in advance that restraunt would be closed. Refrigerator didn't work ( needed defrosted). Breakfast wasn't until 7:00 AM and was just sliced fruit.and coffee or OJ. Stayed there because of restraunt & lounge, neither of which were open. Kinda felt like we only got half of what we paid for.

No blow dryer. Beds could be more comfortable

Attached restaurant was better than expected. Room was clean and mostly comfortable.

AC unit next to the bed without vents you can point away from the bed. Those next to the bed froze while other bed was too warm. Hard to regulate temperature in the room.

Breakfast offerings were good, not fabulous. Dinner exceeded expectations and staff were particularly accommodating. Location close to cruise ship dock is very good and arrangements between the hotel and cruise line were very smooth and helpful. Hell's Canyon excursion jet boat also leaves from this same dock.

They've cut the room cleaning down to every 5 days. That seems a bit long. The hotel is a little hard to find, and it would help if they could put a sign out on the Clarkston street which is US 12.

It was refreshing!

The fact that it wasn't even check out time and a housekeeper decided it was OK to walk into our room while getting ready. Good thing we had the upper lock attached to keep her from entering all the way.

The Wifi would not connect

Fabulous location and everything on site. Dinner was great overlooking the hills and short walk to the river. Added bonus of a Walmart right opposite.

poorly staffed restaurant at breakfast.. one waitress. another showed up as I finished breakfast , but waited quite awhile to get ticket and pay!! almost as long to get out as it took to partake in breakfast. And food wasn’t anything special.. like everywhere they seem inadequately staffed

Breakfast was available in the hotel restaurant, but was not included as part of the rate. The hotel restaurant breakfast was good.

The rate for the hotel is high for the area.

The cleanliness of the room and the swimming pool. The beds were absolutely comfortable!! The location was on point! Right next to a Walmart so light shopping for the kids was easy. Looking forward to another stay soon.

My coffee maker didn’t work in my room but was able to go to my kids room and make a cup. I asked Jen, she had an attitude when I asked her to send in maintenance. They never showed up. I later told the AM management the next day but by then it was time to head out.
