Friendly and helpful staff and very clean room and well supplied towels etc.

Breakfast was fine.
While the motel itself was very nice, it did seem overpriced - probably due to the fact that Washington State University was having its graduation the day we stayed there.

Not really anything.except the male front desk clerk was polite and tried to help me with the room issues.
Hmmmm....1. Door handle didn't work and it had been like this with other guests they said. But it was finally fixed.
2. The TV was not working well ..the system had to be reset by an employee end of my 2nd day there.
3. Beds were not made well at allllll..looked liked someone had been laying on it..AND the next day housekeeping threw the covers over the pillows that were thrown at the head of the bed.. That was ridiculous!!
4. Bath mat was frayed and old. Come on folks that is so ignorant.
5. This should be number #1 but it ended up here.The lady at the front desk in the morning is as nice as a rock. Oh, and wouldn't you think she might be polite or nice with all of my issues..No, she couldn't do that and when she was out in front of the building Smoking she looked about just as happy the next day. FIND SOMEWHERE FOR YOUR EMPLOYESS TO SMOKE NOT OUT FRONT..Common sense owners.
6. Carpet is discolored and room smelled old..It may have been a pet room.
7. Other guests were smoking in there non smoking rooms. It was pretty obvious if you have a sense of smell at all.
I will never stay in this white trash establishment again..This was the 3rd and final stay..#### I will pay more and go down the street from there.

staff was friendly room was clean. chair in room was super nice and comfortable. hot tub and pool were really clean and nice.
bed was hard. shower was slick. stairs to get to second floor was loose. swimming pool never had towels.

the location was fine, and the room was very clean. Bed was a little hard, but we slept okay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Except for the Breakfast we enjoyed ourselves and would do it again.
The Breakfast was not to good. Not much to choose from so we ate somewhere else.

It was clean enough and it allows dogs.
We stayed in a pet friendly room and the mattresses on both beds were uncomfortable and creaky. The heater/ac made a horrible noice when the heat would run. Our room was out of shampoo the entire time. Staff came in and emptied our trash but didn’t refill anything and didn’t make beds.

I didn't expect much due to the good price and I knew it was an older hotel. Not only were the rooms spacious, and had comfortable bedding, it was clean and had a nice breakfast. Definitely recommend.

The kitchen in the room was nice. And the beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub were kept very clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
The water temperature was extremely hot. To the point that when you turn on the shower jump in while it's still warming it, it will start to burn you. The water was literally burning me. There was food from previous guest under the bed. They changed our room type from a 2 queen to a 3 double with a loft. The loft was extremely dangerous for young children, which I told them I had. The loft stairs are placed very close to the door to the room. Luckily the metal has a pad to it because otherwise you would hit your head hard.
