It was a very nice stay. Clean room, quiet, great shower, and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint, and it’s because of my preference, is that the pillows were all too soft. I need more firmness.

Our stay was excellent, comfortable clean rooms. Area was great with a variety of food options. I forgot to take pictures, probably due to the fact that when I take photos of a hotel/room it’s because I’m not pleased with what I was taking a pic of. The breakfast was ok, have had better but certainly not the worst experience we’ve had. I don’t have a negative thing to say. This was a last minute booking due to Disney vacation being canceled due to hurricane Milton and making split decision choices. Would highly recommend.

Convenient lication. Breakfast was great, The women who works the lobby and service was outstanding. She really was friendly, helpful and kept the food hot, clean and full. It was very busy at 730 am. I was impressed by her service. Front desk was helpful and friendly also. Breakfast had a lot of options. Room was clean and shower was nice. It had a nice river view. Only grib was my pillow had a bad smell and sheets where ruff. Busy hotel. I will be staying again next time around and would recommend.

We arrived on the day of computer outages which caused key issues. The hostess greeted us warmly and escorted us to our room. The room was so very clean and had a view of a lovely natural wooded area with a flowing creek. In the morning there were duck families too. The queen bed was so comfortable!

The main reason we like the Tru by Hilton hotels is that our cat who travels with us cannot get under the beds. At other hotels we have often had to lift up the bed to get him out when we leave. This is often very difficult, delays our departure time and sometimes has caused us injury.
Our stay was fine except for our TV that would not work. We called the front desk and a woman came to fix it but it only worked for a short time.

I arrived late and as soon as i walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome. Checkin was quick. I needed a cart and they grabbed one for me. Friendly staff that was busy at work doing all things they need to do get ready for the morning stopped and made me feel like their priority.
