No hot water!!!!! Breakfast was mediocre. No tops for coffee cups.

Bed was comfy...until it wasn't (Bit by something at like 1am-left a BIG welt on my back & couldn't sleep the rest of night).

bugs, very dirty, stains on sheet, (don't want to know), Staff was more worried about talking on phones, than helping guests, and were not very friendly., Breakfast was a JOKE!

Side would not open, we were directed to use that door. Our room was just around the corner from the front desk but had to move car to side where door was.

Location is good, parking lot is big and easy to access. For the most part, staff was kind and helpful, the check-in/ check-out process was easy, and the housekeeping/ maintenance man that helped us with the things we needed help with was super nice and very accommodating. We had a king suite, which was very spacious, the pillows are feather pillows and super comfortable, the air conditioning was cold, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing, but that's about it for positives. The price wasn't terrible, but we won't stay here again. There are other, cleaner hotels in the area around the same price.

We stayed as a group for softball, booking 8 different rooms. 2 people cancelled and went elsewhere immediately, due to cleanliness issues. The rest of us decided to see for ourselves, and basically ended up "toughing it out" for 3 days. Comments on previous reviews state that the pool was to be opened last April. IT IS NOT. It's empty with a dead mouse in the middle of it. There are random furniture and cleaning supplies all around the pool room, which makes me think they have no intention of opening it back up. You can NOT get to the "patio" without walking around the hotel and through some high weeds, because the pool door is locked. There is no furniture at all on the patio, just 2 grills that look like they've been very well used. Now, our room... the king bed was very hard, but comfortable to me. My husband hated it. The pull out couch was tiny, the mattress (if you can call it that) was a single, and the hinge at the head of the pull out was broken, so it didn't stay up. The mattress was about 2" thick, just springs with fabric covering, and COVERED in pee stains. There was no mattress cover, there were no sheets provided for it, and even if there were, there is no way my daughter was sleeping on it. Our fridge didn't work. It had buttons inside of it to push for 2 hours of cold, followed by 8 hours of warm. When my husband told the man at the front desk it didn't work, he told him to "push the gray button and come back in a few hours if that doesn't work." We pushed the button... It didn't work. When I went back to tell them about the mattress and the fridge, the front desk promised to send someone from housekeeping in 20 minutes. The housekeeping man was super nice and very helpful. He brought us a different fridge that actually worked, however it was VERY small, about half the size of the broken one that was replaced.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very inviting and polite.

The ice maker was only on the first floor and the laundry room was a disaster. The pool not being available was less than thrilling, it should be put in the hotel details upon booking!

Breakfast was terrible.

Eggs and sausage. A toaster that works.

It was easy to get to. Had options for getting snacks. The room was clean and had a hard worker as a housekeeper. The room was nice and cool, the microwave was really nice as well.

We did have to clean the one spot in the bathroom. The TV remote didn't want to work as well.
