The first room they gave us was a handicap room with nothing in it but a bed,and a stand with a light with a small tv on a stand. Also a mouse trap with a cracker in it by the door. The second room had no pillows,no towels and the toilet was real dirty. The conditions were so poor we canceled our stay

After driving 6 hours, we arrived to find the hotel was closed because it hadn't passed an electrical inspection. They never called or emailed to tell us they would be closed. We luckily found a nearby hotel to stay in. Absolutely awful service for a hotel to not even call when they cannot fulfill their commitments.

The room smelled like smoke, was dirty, dated, and just sort of gross in general.

It wasnt clean it was nasty the floors were sticky the first room we got was really dirty the bed wasnt made the bathroom was nasty the toilet seat had pee all over the seat the other room they put us in it smelled bad dirty the blankets smelled like they wasnt washed it was awful.... Our lights didnt work only ones that worked was the bathroom and by the bed... Never will stay there again

The location was convenient for our travel plan.

The overall cleanliness was horrible. The room had broken furniture and non working amenities. The entire interior of the building smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. The staff at the desk were apologetic but that only goes so far. It appears that some rooms are rented as apartments. There were dirty washcloths and towels in the shower when we arrived. There was mold in the bathroom. The furniture was grimy and extremely worn. I was extremely disappointed with this booking.

Nothing went well from the start. I registered and said I would be arriving between noon and 1. Room wasn't ready, paid extra $25 due to not being at 3 PM or after. Nothing stating this when I signed up. The 3rd room was nice only because I was going to leave and go somewhere else and get my money back.

Everything. The 3rd room I was given was a suite only because the first room was not clean and musty smelling and I paid extra $25 for this. Second room I was told was ready but it was still being cleaned and in the newer remodeled section. When I said I wanted my money back I was given the suite which I didn't need but it was at least clean and not musty.
