Location and suites.

I have stayed at this property annually since 2015. Unfortunately, this property has really gone down hill. The rooms need to be remodeled…torn carpet, broken curtains that did not close over the entire window, no toilet paper roll holder and the in shower products were empty. The staff was always so kind and friendly in previous years. Some of the staff were abrasive during this trip. Unfortunately, I had to make several requests to obtain the hide a bed with our reservation as well as the extra linens and towels needed for my family. The complimentary laundry room has always been such a great asset to this property; however, it was in need of a thorough cleaning and I had to stay there to ensure my laundry was not removed by other patrons this visit. Unless there are some major changes including renovation/remodeling, this will have to be our last stay at this property for our annual trip.

It was clean and the front desk staff was great

Our room was near a patio and people were drinking all night. They were very loud.

Hallways were always dirty. Rooms were clean though

There was a mess at the pool all weekend so we could tell nobody had cleaned at all.

Lobby was clean and front desk Associate was knowledgeable and friendly with the initial transaction.

Lightbulbs in all three wall light fixtures did not work. Blood or food stains on pillow case linens. Long black hair on hair dryer in bath. Lamp shades were dusty and disgusting. Kitchen area was clean but was concerned to use them considering the overall condition of the room. Stains on carpet. tv remote was sticky to touch. Paint and wallpaper peeling. Facilities appear to be fairly new. It looks like this hotel is heavily used for the trade industry, so it gets used hard.

Everything else.

The smell of my room, lack of interior up keep in my room.
