Walkable distance to Third Ward. Easy on-street parking. All public areas and room were very clean and well appointed! Front desk staff was friendly and helpful!

Parking was overpriced and not listed in hotel description. The site promised spring for 6 and they was sleeping for 4.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is nice and has the comfortable beds and pillows that you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. The houskeeping was horrible. We stayed for a week and our rooms were never vacuumed and very poorly cleaned if they did show up, which wasn't very often. Gargage was in our rooms for 3 days. Their breakfast fell apart as well ont he weekend.

The cleaning staff were sub par. We stayed at the Hotel for a week. The rooms were never vacuumed or cleaned. Garbage was left in our rooms for days.

The parking ramp access is a pain in the ass

We had a great stay. We changed hotels last minute to here because it was way cheaper and closer walking distance to the concert venue that we had to walk to. Check in literally took a total of 4 minutes and we were on our way to enjoy our evening. The staff was friendly, room and facility was well maintained and clean. We felt safe and secure and we all had an amazing nights rest.

Well we were here for the Harley Davidson homecoming concert so we expected it to be loud and unruly. They did not disappoint. Very loud and very hard to sleep.

We had arrived about an hour early for our stay and the host was rude to us. Once checked in, our room, specifically bathroom had tiles that were falling off of the wall. Pillows were both flat and bed and sheets looked used. At breakfast in the morning they were out of most items (orange juice, eggs, biscuits, gravy, and danishes.

They never changed my room. Just sloppy don’t care attitude. Keep away. Low end

Still haven’t got my deposit back it’s been a month and when I call the workers give you the runaround.

They did not have the room we received for us upon arrival.

Myself and my family enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Milwaukee!

The room was spacious. I appreciated the refrigerator. The location was great. We walked everywhere. Lots of great optio s for happy hour and dinner.

Valet guys were friendly & fast. Check-in desk attendant was great. Check-out desk attendant did not want to be there, did not make eye contact, sat down and was on her phone before and after helping us. Property was great - clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice lobby.

Everything about the stay was pretty good, the bathroom sink drainage was very bad. Besides that staff was good would book again.

Everything was great except for the air conditioning. Visiting in June I would expect to cool down if needed but that wasn’t the case. The thermostat in our room didn’t go below 70 and there was no option to have the fan continuously running for airflow - kind of a necessity when it’s so warm out!

This was a great spot downtown and felt safe. Would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a hotel downtown!

Nice clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Can’t speak to breakfast as I missed that. Although I could smell it and I was getting hungry from that alone. Parking is difficult since it’s downtown theirs no real easy lot to park. One parking structure behind the business that you have to walk around the block to. Hotel parking is on third level and there are no elevators so hopefully you don’t mind stairs with your luggage. They do have valet parking which the guys are super friendly and careful with your car. However after tax it’s like $41 per night after tax. I could get my self to pay that. Over all though it’s very convenient if going to summerfest grounds multiple days it even walking distance. I stayed here last year and that’s why I choose to stay here again.

Had a great one night stay. Around 10 pm fireworks went off and scared us. Very loud. City must do them- just wish staff would have warned us.
