Did not get free brekfast as promised on hotels as a silver status member.

The room had stains on the carpet and the bathroom wall. The heat didn’t work. The chrome cast feature didn’t work. Huge room with tons of space. The drain in the bathtub wouldn’t stop water. A technician came to the room to fix the heat and said it was fixed but the room never heated up.

Extremely convenient to the Berlin Airport. Very nice restaurant. Very affordable as well. Had an early morning flight out of the airport and could not be happier with the choice to stay at the Steigenberger.

Check in was very easy using the automatic check in machine . Hotel and room were clean, modern looking, and elegant. Hotel is right next to the Berlin airport, but so quiet that one would never know an airport is next door. Staff were polite and helpful during check out.

Amazing hotel for the price and loved than it was less than a 2 minute walk to the airport terminal since we had a 06:30 am flight.

Conveniently located if traveling with light luggage. Otherwise a bit of a hassle to drag bags to the terminal for check in. Nice and clean room. Larger than I would expect from airport hotel.

The room was so hot. We called reception and they told us they had to adjust the temperature from the office. It was still too hot. Neither of us could sleep. The bathroom was so hot in the morning I couldn’t put make-up on. Why isn’t the temperature adjustable on the internal thermostat? It’s very unpleasant.

The most convenient hotel if you have a short stay of some days or hours and you do not wish to visit the city. Hotel is right in front of arrivals exit door. Hotel is neat and clean and equipped with all necessary facilities. Outside of hotel there is a vast open area to walk, sit, eat or spend time. Airport eateries are just a few steps. There is also a big convenience store near the hotel. So overall, it is worth booking. We stayed there several times and every time, we were satisfied

No real AC. Room was so hot, and had to open the window in order to get cool air but then super noise from air traffic from the airport. Had a terrible no sleeping time.

Excellent room and super convenient! Especially if you are traveling alone and have an early flight the next day. The only inconvenience is that the thermostat is not easy to regulate and the room overall feels warm. I slept with the windows open so the room could feel cooler.

It's an airport hotel with a decent sauna and , importantly, comfortable beds! It's not as nice as the other steigenberger near the train station, but for the price it's exactly what i wanted- sauna and a good night sleep right next to the airport.
Special thanks to the staff and the manager for giving me late check out as a vip status perk. That brought it up to 5 stars for me!
Small tip: Theres a 24 hour market (rewe) in the station for good snacks and ready made food. My room conveniently had a fridge and a hot water kettle.

A beautiful and convenient hotel, although the air conditioning was problematic. The in-room controls were cryptic and I learned that the climatisation was controlled by the front desk.

Only draw back was the breakfast. €24 is a steep price and the quality was very poor. Over-cooked dried up scrambled egg, dry overcooked sausages, dry and hard pancakes.
An extortionate price for such low quality.

A stones throw from the airport. Hotel is modern and clean. Food was ok, I expected more given the setup of the restaurant. Waiting staff were great but I had a very frosty interaction with a receptionist when I was requesting a late checkout. You would think I had asked her to handover her keys and purse.

Our stay was diminished by the fact that they had limited access to the hotel and a limited menu due to the fact that there was a fire in the kitchen. Uncontrollable, of course. My biggest disappointment came when I asked for an invoice and the desk clerk (early morning) told me it would be emailed to me. I gave the clerk my email address and room number and I have yet to see an invoice. I am not holding out hope of ever seeing it. Property was nice and new and comfortable.

Overnight stay. Very modern hotel. Transparent glass panel in bathroom is a bit weird. . Reception staff seemed happy to address me in German rather than English. Breakfast amazing.

The quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. You can't hear the planes and barely even hear people talking loudly in the hall.
It would have been better if the pillows weren't real down and the AC went a bit colder.
