Great location for travelling to Brands Hatch circuit as only 10mins drive away. Staff friendly and rooms clean would recommend.

Great staff on in the lobby.. nice clean room, comfy bed, good shower, large tv.. food in the restaurant is outstanding and fairly priced.. I recommend the sizzling tandoori mixed grill ! I travel most weeks for work and would recommend this place

The walls are paper thin, could hear a bloke snoring from below, hear an couple arguing from behind (at 11pm). Water pressure is fantastic, clean and modern rooms. Staff were great, good food choices next to the hotel. Nothing there and a 45 minute walk from the train station

A good cheap hotel for staying in. Nothing fancy but more than comfortable. The walls are a little thin so noise from neighbouring rooms can be heard but this didn't really affect me. Free parking and there was plenty on both nights I stayed. Good value, good customer service and a good nights sleep.

On arrival, i waited in reception for a few minutes then started shouting Hello for attention. When he finally came out of the kitchen, there was no apology for keeping me waiting, he just asked me my name. He then made me sign a sheet of paper with room details on, but there were no terms and conditions for the booking, so I enquired what I was signing and he advised that he would need to print out the t’s and c’s, but he couldn’t be bothered and that I should stop worrying as there’s nothing to worry about. He then went on to tell me my room number and location, which happened to be on the 3rd floor. There are no lifts and therefore I had to walk up 6 flights of stairs with my luggage. The room was ok, dusty in some areas but I just tried to make a good situation out of a bad situation, knowing I would never stay here again. During my stay, I could hear everything in other rooms, incl. the banging of hotel doors as other guests were leaving. At 10.40am, whilst still sleeping, I heard a persistent loud bang at my door which scared me out of my sleep, when I put my pyjamas on and rushed to the door in a panic, I was advised that I need to check out at 11, I grabbed my phone & showed him that checkout was actually 11.30am, he continued to tell me I was wrong, but then he agreed that it was their mistake and I could leave at 11.30am. I could say more, but ran out of characters. At 11.30am I left my key at reception as there was no one there. I won’t be returning ever!

Cleanliness was superb and we liked the extra thoughtfulness with bottled water and biscuits. Traffic was noisy throughout the night due to being on main road but probably more noticeable to us as we live in a quiet area at home. There is an Indian restaurant in the hotel which we took advantage of and the food was lovely.

Lovely reception. Very clean apart from a poo left in the toilet. A bit noisy but that's understandable being so close to main roads.

Careful you don’t miss it, very quiet even though on a busy road

Staff was all friendly, rooms freshly refurbed and clean. Shower was mega. Plenty of parking, AC in the room worked well. Only think that let it down, what you could hear everything from the room above and sounded like they was having a space hopper party all night. The other rooms around us has the same problem. If there wasn't banging the floors would be creaking every time anyone above moved.

The room was very clean and comfortable, we stayed for 3 nights and during that time no one came in to service the room. We had to ask on a daily basis for some milk for tea & coffee. Staff were helpful and friendly.

For an overnight stay I can’t really fault it, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Although the room was a little small it was ideal for just me and had everything I needed for a one night stay.

The room was big, comfy bed and pillows, and very clean with powerful shower, a/c, complimentary bottle of water. Plenty of free parking and very central location close to the shopping malls.

If you are on a business trip it’s a perfect stay over for the price in this area.

This is the 2nd time I stayed at this property and whilst this time I only had the single room, it was newly refurbished with quality fixture and fittings. It is a nice place to sleep, plenty of free parking is also available.

It was a good stay. We were running late but the hotel took care of my situation and allowed me a very late check in. Room was very clean, bright, comfortable and smelt fresh.

Good small local hotel with a curry restaurant attached. They delivered to our room, fantastic food.

Enjoyed my stay. Hotel was quiet and very clean. The only minuses were the pillows (lumpy) and one bedside cabinet needed replacing. Good value. Friendly staff.

Great value , brand new.

I booked this as a low cost hotel and didn't have high expectations. The shelf was falling off the wall when i got in but i just needed a bed for the night so not too bothered. Slept showered and left. During the day i started to get an itch on my face and by the time i got home i was covered in bites. I spent the day with another person traveling in the same car so it was definitely from the bed. Rang the hotel and they denied it could be them and did nothing. No refund despite the fact i look like i've been sleeping in beehive.

Disappointed.. needs updating and cleaning

The staff were very friendly and helpful the hotel smelt fresh an clean The only let down was the mattress on the bed it was quite bumpy and hard and the towels were quite small and rough

I found this nice hotel just west of Dartford on the outskirts of Darenth. I wanted a cheap room for a night so my expectations were not high however, this hotel was great. It was smart inside, room clear, modern, fresh, quiet. Bed comfotable, great cup of tea in the morning. Warm welcome when I arrived. Really, a genuinly nice surprise at how good it was. I will be staying there again. 100%.

The hotel is practical and served the purpose for a couple of nights. The staff were very friendly and we had a great curry in the restaurant. Good value for the money.

This place is horrendous! - I was about to fall asleep and felt something crawling on my face, turned the light on and the place was full of bugs. on the headboard, in the bed, on the walls, they were everywhere. There was nobody to complain to - not a staff member in sight - nobody to help move me to another room. Nothing at all. I think this is absolutely disgusting . I have taken videos and photos of the bugs crawling everywhere. I am horrified that the room is rented out in this condition. Hopefully I will get a refund - but not likely as no staff available.

Brought their final check in time forward 30mins with only an hour of notice over email and refused to refund even though I had to pay twice to stay somewhere else. Wouldn’t trust them again.

The staffs are good and the facility is good.

The walls really need some painting, but the beds and bathroom was cleaned. Ok for 1 night.
