Great hotel! Location, cleanliness, comfort, amenities, restaurants. . . All was amazing!

This place was spectacular! It was in the best location, had the best views and the staff were very friendly.

The Rally Hotel was in an amazing location! Near restaurants and bars and only a five-minute walk to Union Station. We also loved the amenities like a complimentary drink at check-in, car service, and perks at adjacent restaurants. If I find myself in downtown Denver again, this will be my preferred hotel.

We got a free upgrade to one of the penthouse suites and it was amazing! Location was perfect. Everything within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again if we’re back in Denver.

Our stay was wonderful! Our room was beautiful and spacious. Staff was really friendly. Area around the hotel was awesome for our family. It was noisy at night, but we slept through it.

Arrival was a bit of a bummer because we arrived quite early and was hoping to get an early check-in and even though we were told it was possible it never happened. Also, the cabinet in our room had a piece of wood that was flopping off of it. Otherwise, our stay was nice. The beds were comfortable. Water stations easily accessible. Elevators are great for photos. Rooftop pool was still open which was nice but we weren't aware to bring out suits.

Will stay there again! All good, nothing bad…people, room, proximity, location, amenities, etc. were exceptional!

Great location for Coors Field. Penthouse suites next to the pool. Loud, well traveled hallway. Treated like a criminal at check in with threats of fines, though apparently only if you are staying in a penthouse suite. For me they didn’t deliver.

Staff was amazing, loved the hotel , was a little pricey and the elevators weren’t working very well or much the afternoon/evening we arrived.

Loved how close the hotel was to Coors Field and it is a really cool hotel, down in the lobby. While the bed was very soft and comfortable, there were stains in the bathroom that indicated it wasn't cleaned thoroughly and one of the towels had a dirt stain on it. Only one elevator was working and it didn't seem like there was a lot going on to fix it. The food in the restaurant was good, but the service was mediocre for such an expensive hotel.

Have to pay for parking down in ramp. Great view of square and wonderful food options. The rooftop pool and hot tub and fire pits is extraordinary

The Rally was an excellent hotel from the moment we arrived! The staff (Marina at check in and throughout) were excellent. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, professional. The room was clean, had a great atmosphere and the room amenities we great. Complimentary beer/wine (we asked for sodas instead and were accommodated) , robes, ice cream sundaes, a free bottle of wine in the room added to the experience. It is literally a stones throw away from Coors Field!

Originally booked at the kimpton and left as it smelled of sewage.. the hotel rally was night and day it was so amazing great location and wonderful staff!

We checked in and walked right next door to watch the Rockies baseball game.

Above average cost but way above average quality… a good value… not just a stay but it’s an experience

The parking was a problem. Despite having a parking lot, every time I would leave, there was an issue either getting in or out of dthe parking lot.

The best if you intend on attending a Rockies game.

Our bathroom had a leak and they sent up an engineer to address the leak. The leak was not fixed and anytime we took a shower the floor was soaked. Cool part of town, but will not stay there again.

Close proximity to Coors Field, an easy, safe walk. Valet parking and close proximity to the square. This is the best place we have stayed will return again!!

Love this hotel! We stay here every time we come to Denver. The hotel is cleaner than clean. The staff is always so nice and welcoming. Easy walk to Coors field, restaurants, and bars.

Great stay! Great hotel, we really liked our room. The location is perfect! The service was exceptional, especially the guys at the valet, they went above and beyond to help us! The only issue was Sunday afternoon at the pool, the bar was closed so we could not get drinks or food at the pool. We had to go to the courtyard and bring outside food and drinks to the pool.

I called the front desk on Thursday at 1 PM PDT to make a simple adjustment to my reservation and spoke with a staff member named Colton, who was shockingly rude right from the start. I mentioned that I had a reservation for two rooms, and instead of helping me, Colton acted like I was an inconvenience. His tone was dismissive, and he had absolutely no interest in providing any form of customer service. When I asked to add a guest’s name to one of the reservations, he flat-out refused to help, saying, “we don’t have that, someone needs to call.” Why do you think I’m on the phone calling? His attitude was so bad that it was hard to believe he was even trained in customer service. He then put me on hold without any explanation, and when he finally did what I asked, he didn’t bother to say thank you or even acknowledge the request properly. It was as if he was doing me a favor. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any service industry, let alone in a hotel where guests expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy. Colton’s rudeness and lack of manners made what should have been a simple call one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel. If this is the kind of treatment guests can expect at The Rally Hotel, I strongly recommend staying far away. There are plenty of other hotels where the staff actually know how to treat their guests with respect.

Nicest hotel I’ve stayed at to date. Best staff I’ve experienced as well. Only complaint would be expensive parking. Park across the street and save a lot.
