Everyone has been very nice and polite.. very relaxing quiet weekend with my daughter… Very nice place to stay and one I highly recommend..

This was a quick over night stay for a concert. It was clean and located near the venue. We will stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Tru for a brief trip for two Braves games. We arrived late one evening and were greeted by the friendliest staff at the front desk. Both the morning and evening staff were very friendly and willing to help. The property is within walking distance to The Battery and Truist Park, which was ideal for going to the games. The rooms were very comfortable and the full breakfast was a very nice bonus. Lots of modern amenities and bonus features (ie: pool table, corn hole, fire pit). Would most definitely stay there again!

Very inviting atmosphere. Great front area to lounge and let the kids play a few games they had. Loved the indoor pool stocked with towels. Room was good, but of course found dog hairs throughout, but I had not checked that it was pet friendly or not. We love animals, but don't love animal hairs all over everything. So I know to check into this next time. My biggest dissapointment was that we stayed for 3 nights and never had room service come by...and their "room service" room was right beside us. Breakfast was good, but didn't realize they had different hours for it on weekdays. Nothing was so wrong that I wouldn't stay again if need be.

The friendly staff and convenient location made this hotel live up to the Hilton brand name. Natasha at the front desk was very helpful and her hospitality was greatly appreciated.

They need to get more new towels i had ripped towels in my room. Im not sure what they use to clean the floor it was gummy

Place is nice and clean. Simple place but sufficient. What I didn’t like is the non disclosed $10 parking fee a day.

Hotel was very clean and most of the staff was friendly. There is a shuttle service not affiliated with the hotel that you can pay to take you Truist Park & pick you up. My son really enjoyed the pool table in the lobby. My only complaints were someone stomping all during the night in the room above us that kept waking us up. We also booked for two nights, but when I requested towels & wash cloths for our second night, they were not delivered to our room as promised by the front desk. I had to go back down to the lobby after getting back late from the game to ask about it again & he acted like they didn’t have any to start with. That’s not acceptable to me. I do not reuse a washcloth more than once. Gross! Also, there was always a wait for the food at breakfast. The lady was constantly saying how she can only put so much out at a time & how the food is frozen & she has to wait for it to thaw. The pancake machine was very problematic as well. However, even with all of that I would most likely stay there again because of the cleanliness & convenience of being close to Truist Park.

Check in was a bit of a disaster. Long line as rooms weren't ready. Something to do with the IT outage, but also no keys could be assigned. Got in the room about 45 minutes late. Stayed here to attend a Braves game. Got to the stadium about an hour later than we had hoped because of the check in issue. After the game, another long line to get a room key which was somehow working at the end of the night. Waited to get a key and then not enough towels. Didn't want to wait through the long line again which was still there so I just dried off with multiple washcloths which were plentiful in lieu of towels. Staff did a good job dealing with the issues, but seems like management should have had a plan in place as the IT outage was into its second day.

We couldn’t get room keys! Had to be let into our room anytime we wanted in. Took 30 minutes and took forever to get towels. No management around to speak to and multiple other things!

Chose this location due to the distance to Truist Park. It was perfect!

Do not stay here! I felt unsafe. The lady would not give me the receipts and key cards. She instead walked me to the room. The floors felt like Vaseline and I fell. I felt uncomfortable and something was not right. Left the hotel and went so where else I reported the incident with Expedia. Just a horrific experience.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is safe and well lit. Great common area. Rooms very clean. The Welcome message on the tv was a nice touch. Only constructive criticism is the bed could use an upgrade. It felt a little old.
