This is a great place for a getaway.
The hotel is a one stop adventure.
Lots to do. The choices of restaurants and food quality is amazing. Most of all the staff .. everyone just amazingly friendly, helpful and accommodating.

I cut my foot to the point I needed stitches. I asked for a first aid box. I hate to chase them to come as the chap was ‘finishing his current errand first’ and took about 10 mins to arrive. He was not first aid trained, and gave incorrect advice. It was shocking for a hotel of this standard. No one checked the next day or on check out.
The service at the pool was very slow and unattentive. Nice resort, shame about the staff and lack of training. There are cheaper resorts in the same area with better service.

With a beautiful hotel and high standard rooms, unfortunately the safety system was confusing and the food was extremely horrible. The food standard is not matching at all with Address standard and was a huge failure

The hotel, facilities and quality of food are amazing, we will definitely come again. The only item to criticize would be that the staff at the breakfast buffet were very junior and clearly overwhelmed with the number of people in the restaurant, other than that the stay was superb.

Lovely and relaxing stay. We received a complimentary upgrade to a suite which was unexpected and very appreciated. We had a wonderful time. The food and the service were great. Would totally go back. Highly recommended.

Right from the time we walked in till we left we felt so special, we celebrated our Wedding Anniversary at this property, its was just perfect, we even got upgraded to an executive Suite without even asking since it was our Anniversary, the property is new and very elegant.

Wonderful new hotel. Great attention given to every aspect of cleanliness and guest safety, However, at time of stay both the beach restaurant and water sport centre are still to be completed. The hotel sits in a closed complex and transport is required to experience any nearby points of interest.Front desk still appeared to have a few training issues as forgot to book car service i which resulted in a missed flight at DXB.

This brand new hotel is just stunning set against the backdrop of the Hajar mountains. We spent 5 days here it is very newly opened so there are a few teething problems but overall it is just fabulous. The adults only pool is AMAZING. Big shoutout to Feroz the F&B Manager he is great. Cannot wait to return!
