Location was perfect! Near shopping and restaurants! Staff was friendly. Place was clean. Bed was a bit uncomfortable for me. Room was clean.

Great room, great food, and great service

I loved this place . Rooms are very spacious . I would just suggest to change the breakfast menu a little. I stayed two days and both days they had the same food. Both days sausage and egg .

My husband and I stayed here for an event in Sugarland and this place exceeded our expectations. It looks modern and new, the rooms were clean, spacious and well designed with a lot of lights and plug points. Plenty of great restaurants right in the shopping center too so walking distance, even an HEB. Delicious Thai restaurant and Indian street food restaurant were surprise finds in the center. The only place that could use improvement we thought was the breakfast, my husband tried the bread and oatmeal and said it was decent, the waffle and yogurt was good enough for me.

Great place to stay

It was clean but check in was @ 3 and we didn’t get into our room til 6 then we got up there they were still cleaning it. So we waited another 10 mins or so The lady that checked us in was like we are behind. Very unprofessional! 1 hour behind but 3 is ridiculous.

The AC did not work. It remained the same temperature, fan blowed, but the room did not cool off. We only stayed one night so there was no time to get it resolved.

Great property, friendly staff, good location.

Great place to stay. Only advice is that the bathroom tub was very slippery without handrails.

The parking lot lights were not on when i arrived at 10 pm.

Check in was not good. The lady at the front desk wanted charge me for my room, I explained I had book and paid on Hotel.com. after about 20 min of back and forth a young man came on duty and saw the computer issue on their end, had my room key in seconds. The room was excellent! Super clean, quiet and I loved everything about the bathroom. Plenty of towels and show pressure perfect.

Check in was terrible. My son had an appt at a speciality clinic at 3:30. We arrived and were told we could not check in till 3. There was a line of people waiting. It was not until after 3 they started checking everyone in and people were cutting. Staff was not knowledgeable about how to operate the system. If I wouldn’t had already paid for my room I would have left. Will never stay here again.

Stay 2 nights there and I loved it. The breakfast was good and the room is clean & comfortable. There are all kinds of restaurants and an H.E.B. right next to the hotel. I will definitely stay there again!

Clean and spacious room. Good breakfast. Convenient location. A huge grocery store and some nice restaurants are at walking distance.

No TV, poor amenities

Didn’t get the room we reserved, there was no TV or phones at the hotel for four days. Hardly get the bathroom door open and close as it wouldn’t move on the tracks, toilet paper holder, kept falling off the wall every time someone use the restroom.no courtesy or discount was given at the hotel whatsoever, nor did they seem to care about our reservation through Expedia

JoJo checked us in -she never made eye contact, she was rude and was unhelpful. The TV and the phone did not work. Called front desk from cell phone and they said TV service was out. No offer to reduce rate or help. TV and phone did not work entire stay. Will never stay here again

I often come here for a stay but this time service felt terrible. Breakfast finished early and they didn’t bother to refill and when we asked their answer was it’s a free complimentary breakfast, if it’s finished, it’s finished. Go for a coffee and they purposely leave only two cups and two lids. You walk with few friends for a coffee and you have to run around just to find someone to get a cup for a coffee and kid. Not sure is management has changed but this time around service was garbage.

I would never stay at that hotel again nor would I refer anyone there. The customer service was horrible, my room wasn’t ready when I arrived at 4:03. The room was dirty with someone makeup fingerprints, hair was in the shower, food particles were in the trash can, blood splatter was on the wall, and the tv was not working properly. I reported these issues and to no avail. That was valentine day weekend and it’s one I won’t forget! Never again!

Exceptionally great! The staff was amazing especially Trey/Trez at the front desk. The comfort and cleanliness was top notch. I will be back in April and May.

I booked a two bed queen room. When I arrived they stayed they didn't have any queens and this is a common problem with third party booking because you guys never verify availability. The hotel said I could change if one became available. The next day I was told they definitely have two queen rooms and they would call me to switch. I explained I am uncomfortable sharing a bed. He stated he understood and would call me at 3 pm once the housekeepers have sent the list. They never called me. During check out, they again blamed you guys but no one has offered me any understanding about this terrible experience. I was actually needing another night but the lack of trying to accommodate me was horrible to say the lease

The room and bathroom are clean. The bedding is comfortable.

Clean and affordable, nice staff, coffee always available in lobby! My room did have the toilet paper roll ripped off the wall, so upkeep needed.

Joel the front desk employee was amazing! Since I called to confirm my stay he was very helpful! The checkout employee was amazing too did t get his name but he was amazing as well. Really enjoyed the stay here
