We chose Wilde Aparthotels because it is one of the few options for a multi-room suite at a not ridiculous price. We were obviously not the only ones, as there were lots of families there.
There’s no formal front desk, but there are always staff there and they were great!
The room was immaculate. Excellent condition, lots of space, nice amenities. Kitchen was stocked with bottled water, a few snacks, milk in the fridge. Bathroom was also super clean.
It does follow the new trend where there is no daily housekeeping without an additional fee, which we were fine with. You can contact staff via WhatsApp if you need something restocked, which we did and found they were very responsive!
Our one issue is the location - it was a bit of a longer walk from Paddington than we thought, and it was a bit confusing to navigate. But the neighborhood also clearly being built up, so I expect the immediate area will improve.

This was a beautiful, friendly hotel with a great location. Very nice, quiet area with restaurants and shops nearby and 15-20 minute ride to most of the major areas to see in London. Would stay there again!

Beautiful hotel/apartment, very clean, fairly new apartments, good size, comfortable bed, and nice neighborhood. The front desk staff were very friendly and kind. I forgot the young lady's name that checked us in she was amazing. I misplaced my jacket and the staff was nice enough to find it for me.

Great stay, and the staff were the very best! We needed help getting cabs and they made it easy. The room was well stocked and clean, beds were comfy. If there’s any negative it’s the long-ish walk to get to anything. But there’s a tube station nearby. Worth it!

It was clean, comfortable, quiet and the staff was very pleasant. The only negative comment I have is that the housekeeping service was very slow. We needed the sofa bed made up but it took quite some time for housekeeping to appear. Perhaps all the things needed to make up the sofa bed could be left in the room

The staff on Friday morning and afternoon, 29th March, were just wonderful. They were helpful, kind and professional and got us settled in to a bright, high floor room. They promptly answered any questions we had. The room was quite comfortable as they always are within the Wilde StayCity hotels. The breakfast available in the lobby was nice but it would be so great if there were a proper cafe available too. Paddington Basin is undergoing a lot of development so hopefully more food options will be available in the future.

There’s really not much to dislike about this place. It’s very convenient to all the great ethnic middle eastern restaurants, very close to the underground. It’s also very modern and has all the amenities you would need on a business trip. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in London. The breakfast at the place was also very good and highly recommended.

We received a warm welcome on arrival, put our bags in hold and went and had a look around. five minute walk from Paddington station and the underground. Close to little Venice a nice walk along the canal. plenty of places to eat and drink in the area. Taxi to Euston approximate cost around £12.00 in the day time and journey time around 10 mins in light traffic. will definitely be staying again in this property and will try there sister properties.

The hotel was amazing. We had a great experience with the staff and the facilities. The location of the hotel was - in our opinion – perfect, as it was very cozy and calmer than other areas we have previously stayed (7th time in London).

We loved the modern amenities, use of space, freebies (snacks, drinks, etc), kitchenette in the room, and friendly staff. The mattresses and pillows could be more comfortable but everything was clean. Overall, it was good value for money.

We really liked the room with kitchen. It was perfect to have breakfast and small meals in the room. Great modern style of room. Bathroom was a little small but it worked. Very friendly and helpful staff + easy walking distance to Paddington Station.
