Check in and concierge staff was friendly. I asked them to make up my room when I went out, as well as for additional towels and a dental kit and water. When I came back it was not done. Called the reception, told me they would send within 5 minutes, it took a good 15 minutes. Then the bedding had blood stains and the guy said they ran out of pillows. I called reception again, and after 30 minutes, I had received better and cleaner stuff. as well as pillows.

This hotel’s should be 3 star , it is not good for family at all , kids will be very board , dose not have any intertiment for kids , only for sleep is ok

- Room wasn't clean when we first entered it right after check-in. We discovered multiple issues such as stain/blood on the bed sheets, hair in the bathroom room, dusty cabinets, etc. We took pictures and shared them with the front desk. Service team came and changed the sheets and did a quick bathroom floor cleaning. - Front desk offered a deep cleaning at a later stage. However, no one followed up and came to coordinate and schedule it. - Hot Water flow in the room was horrible. In three different occurrences and while taking a shower, hot water completely stopped flowing. Each time, we need to turn the shower off and wait (at least a minute) to get the hot water back to normal. - Awful breakfast. We paid extra for what's supposed to be a 4-star hotel breakfast. Food quality and selection was below average. We actually skipped breakfast multiple times (despite it being included in the package). Millennium Mirdif didn't get the most basic breakfast item right which is "Coffee", The coffee offered at breakfast was terrible. When asked. I was told that it's a powdered coffee. I was also told that in order to get better coffee, i need to pay extra!

It’s not proper for service

The room is spacious, nice furniture, the hotel is close to one of the best restaurants, and very close to Mirdif City Center, sleeping industry ( mattress, pillows) need to be need improvement , unfortunately it wasn’t comfortable, The level of cleanliness is poor , The bathroom has a bad smell at all times, there seems to be a problem with the sewerage

The Egyptian lady at the front desk is not friendly and not helpful. Room service is not that good. They hardly understand English even if they speak English but they don’t understand. Room cleaning is not good. They cleaned my room and took all towels away. Overall staff are not professional.

This is a hidden gem in the area. Very clean and great service. Highly recommend it.

Its a brand new hotel everything is modern even the do not disturb card is a Digital Touch screen everything is smart digital so many restaurants in the hotel very nice pool with view cigar lounge bars 5th floor open hookah lounge and Armenian restaurant very friendly staff i we definitely come back again

Property doesn’t seems like an actual hotel, it is more or less like apartments. Had construction going on for most of the things, so unable to enjoy much. View from property is ok ok. Location is also outside of city. Also provide us 1st floor after paying this much amount. Requested multiple time but request not fulfilled to change room.

The hotels is good overall, the main door of the room was very dirty. In addition there is a lot of noise from the planes taken off since the hotel is ver close to Dubai airport.

What an amazing experience. We will definitely be back.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, bathroom is very clean and spacious. Car parking is available but has strong cooking smell coming out from the kitchen.

This is a five stars hotel. The hotel is incredible beautiful and the staff made me feel like a queen. The hotels is extremely clean and the entertainment is amazing. If you go to Dubai please stay at this hotel.
