Nice, clean hotel for a family stay. Friendly staff. Good selection of hot food at breakfast. The pool was clean and refreshing. Huge workout room with weights. Park with a playground behind the hotel. It is a little bit away from the main downtown (but walkable if you feel motivated). I would definitely stay there again.

The location of this hotel was great for us to go to Pikes Peak and to go into Colorodo Springs. The Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Best holiday inn we’ve ever stayed at. Super clean room, great beds, and even the bedding was super soft and not the normal scratchy junk. Breakfast area was clean and food tasty. Staff extremely friendly.

This is a nice facility. Getting to check in is a little "wonky", but that was the only this a little "off"...and it was just a minor thing. Clean and modern rooms. Breakfast was good. Good options. I would stay here again when we return.

A nice hotel, quiet for the most part with the exception of a few kids running up and down the hall. Comfortable, clean and decent spot close to the places we planned to visit like the Garden of the Gods. Breakfast was hot and had a variety of choices. Would stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights. Each day id tell the frint desk that there was a problem with the toilet running. They sent someone but they did not fix it until the last day. Otherwise it was comfortable

I needed to get onto Wifi for my work, which was very difficult to connect. You must register as an Elite member to log on, but it didn't tell you that. The hot tub jets were broken so you could only sit in the warm water without jets. One of the main reasons for booking this hotel was because of the hot tub. I should have received a comp of some sort for not having a working tub or put a notice on their website that it was currently not working.

I had an amazing stay here. The room was spotless, smelled amazing, and had crisp clean linens and towels. The staff was great, so incredibly friendly and polite. The location is perfect. You can easily go to all of the attractions in both directions from where the hotel is. I was surprised to see how centrally located it was. The breakfast was very, very good. The scones that they offer might be freshly made in house, I'm not sure. But they were my favorite part of the breakfast. I was very happy with my stay and when I come back, this will be my first choice

This hotel is not the normal Holiday Inn. Wow. The linens were superb, the decor and lighting were on point and the mattress and pillows were perfect. We enjoyed breakfast each morning before setting out to enjoy our day. We just finished a week long trip at a ski resort and wanted a few days in Manitou before heading home. I was presently surprised as we usually stay at the Cliff House. We would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the nicest motels in Manitou Springs. All of the standard expectations of a Holiday Inn Express combined with a great location, make this an excellent choice for anyone traveling to the area.

This hotel is wonderful! This was our second time staying here and we have enjoyed everything about this stay. The room itself is lovely, large, and very clean. Although it’s not in downtown Manitou Springs, this location is great because you can easily park and hop into your car and go anywhere in the area. The hotel is very clean, the pool is great for families, the breakfast is pretty good and the overall vibe is lovely. We will be back!

As a place to simply rest along your journey, it gets a "meh." Clean, new facility that doesnt seem to have been designed to adequately isolate sound. The room must've been near housekeeping facilities because the unbelievably loud slaming of doors was a near constant (literally) throughtout the day and, at times, housekeepers were yelling to each other down the hallway. This was definitely not a conducive environment for napping after long hikes and excursions to the mountains. I get it, somebody's got to be assigned this room however the hotel was far from full. I would try another property next time as this experience was a disappointment.

The facility was great. Only 1 minor hickup was that in the middle of the night we could hear all the water draining from somewhere upstairs. It was very noisy at 3am. Dont know if it were someones shower, toilet, laundry etc. We will stay again but maybe on the 2nd floor.

Loved the area and the hotel. Easy 10 min drive to Garden of the Gods. Easy access back to the road. Room is very clean and staff very nice and friendly. Breakfast was very good, too. One of the best options ive had in awhile from a hotel.

This is a great place to stay. Nice, comfortable, clean rooms. Staff is wonderful from cleaning crew to the front desk. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly, helpful and went above & beyond to make us welcome. Good breakfast. Won't be our last stay at this hotel!!

This hotel is in such a great location for Garden of the Gods, you can walk to the trading post. The rooms are big and clean.
The best part was the breakfast. It is a typical hotel rotation, biscuits, sausage, egg, pancake machine. But the people are so accommodating and friendly. There were days they were still bringing out refills at closing time, because they had a line of late risers waiting.
