We were very disappointed. We stayed here a few years ago and it was wonderful but this stay was disappointing we were on the 3rd floor and it looked like they were renovating trash all in the hallways when we checked in and then we couldn't even get down the halls because they have pulled up the baseboards and they had the hallways blocked and trash everywhere and workmen that looked like we were putting them out to move so we could get by. For $169 a night we were expecting a better experience I don't think we will be back. I hate it but tried to tell front desk but they just said sorry and that was it. We expected at least a discount for the unconvience. The rooms were also not as clean and up to date as when we came before.

We have stayed here before. Our room was nice and clean. The lobby and the outside was also nice and clean.

The declined to check us in because we didn’t have small dogs. We are traveling with medium size dogs. Expedia site showed that the Fairfield accepts pets. We had to find another hotel after a long day of travel. Will Expedia refund reservation???

The staff at this property were very helpful, pleasant. We had a small issue with our room, the manager immediately moved us to a new room.

This is a no frills nice hotel. Very clean and the staff were excellent. Room was clean. We were there because surgery was scheduled the following morning. We stayed 2 days. Easy to get to. Multiple restaurants near by. Would stay again. Bella Roma is an excellent restaurant near by.

Our stay was good. We woke up in the morning with lots of aunts in our trash. Reported to the person working the front desk. When we returned to our room they were gone. Glad they handled it right away.

Really close to Jarrod’s mountain bike park. Which is why we chose it.
My only complaint is that the beds SUCK!! Whoever slept in my bed before had to be 400 pounds cause the bed was sagged astronomically bad!
Best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel that offers free breakfast!
But upon checkout I had to turn back around and go to the front desk because it appeared they tried charging me an extra night.
However the front desk staff made it right.
Just be sure to check your receipt from checkout and make sure they are not trying to scam you.

Hotel is new and in a quiet part of town. THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED I HAVE EVER SLEPT ON! 10 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from Berry College, less than 5 minutes to the mall. You can watch tennis from the bar area. Nice continental breakfast.
