Condition of the hallway and rm entrance was poor. There existed a smell that reminded me of a damp basement. The hallway was poorly lit.

Terrible booked n paid on line drove 3 hrs arrived told we had to pay 300 deposit thank god we had it buf only had cash then told we had to pay with card it was too late to go to a bank to deposit what was requested ended up sleeping in a small car after 5 serguriesn had to go thru this site to get my 180 back still cant get thru absolutely disgusted

Very few amenities within the room. Outside maintenance was very poor with loose railings and broken stairs.

The staff was very helpful and the breAkfast was much more than Continental. It included scrambled eggs, potatoes, and bacon. However the WiFi was not working properly. Connectivity was good but Internet was prohibited. I don't know if this was a temporary problem or a recurring problem.

The only light in the room was the overhead light with the switch at the rooms entrance. No bedside tables, lamps or any other light in the room so I needed a flashlight to go to the bathroom during the night. I could not read in bed as I like to do so my stay was poor. Bed comfortable but that’s it. Beautiful view from room but window did not open and room hot and stuffy.

I appreciated that there was someone at the desk 24x7 to accommodate my late check in. I picked the family room for the 4 beds but the one bed in the 2nd bedroom has metal rungs under the mattress that made a clanging noise when my daughter moved. I tried adding a pillow underneath the mattress but it didn’t work. The drapes in the same room could really use a blackout curtain, it was bright as day in the room. Otherwise the room was great and I appreciated the full mini-fridge and microwave.

I needed a cheap place for the night and found it. I think they have different kinds of rooms in different areas of the hotels and believe the others (pay more) are better. Mine was in the lower area where don’t have a window to let in fresh air. More or less clean. Acceptable. I never even saw the network for the free WiFi down here, at least not the one they gave me. Found out the e next day that I could log into another one 😇. I found two working channels on the tv, but I really didn’t search for long. Breakfast is included and was good with fresh bacon and eggs, potato’s, toast and jam, Coffee, tea or juice.
I would not spend my vacation here, but would definitely come back for a night if I am in the area. I got what I paid for.

This is our second time at this motel. We see improvements in various areas we were concerned about before. It seems like it’s “a work in progress”. The included breakfast is basic.The coffee isn’t a good brand and can be cold. I’d booked 2 seperate nights at the same time so I didn’t realize how it would be.

Room was nice. Had a great view. Bed was nice too. But the general lack of maintenance was apparent everywhere. Carpets were absolutely dirty; why not clean them? Things were broken. Towel rack fell off the wall when we grabbed a towel. Plugs didn't work. Phone didn't work. It was clear no one knows how to operate a hotel.

Well let me tell you: was not impressed by the staff saying it was "under renovations " still after a year and 6 months since we been down to Cape Brenton, got mad cause i looked through the door, no drinks when the sign clearly stated 4.99$ a beer, the cable box in the room was all messed up if u touched it it took 20 minutes to get it working again, The staff told me it would be 5$ to do laundry but i couldn't go do it myself when i clearly seen coin operated washing/dryer and have a picture.
Pretty bad when the best part of the stay was the smoking area which was comfortable, over all the stay sucked, wont be staying here again and don't recommend this hotel to any one!

The fridge was gross, walls and bathroom door were dirty and I dropped something behind the table between the beds and was so discussed to see that is was very dirty back there. Gross. We got there very late and were tired and was not until the morning that we seen the mess. Also breakfast was not great at all. Scrambled eggs were salty and the bacon did not taste good as well. Definitely won’t be back there

Staff was courteous. Older building (room was clean but odd, hall smelled damp/musty). No elevator. Hauling luggage up to second floor inconvenient. Location down on waterfront. Construction in the area.

I reserved two nights and I could stay just one, poor cleaning, bathrooms with mold bad service, The pictures have nothing to do with reality. Overrated, I have been in much better hotels and at the same price it is not worth it, I completely regretted having booked with them.
