Nice property

Great suite hotel. lots of room for 3-4. Awesome pool and hot tub. I cant express how this hotel takes safety level they did. I've been to many hotels in Chicago, they never met this level of security. We will Definitely make this hotel our #1 from now while in Chicago

We loved staying here! While other reviewers complained about the price of $60 to park overnight, we found the parking lot super convenient. Our 1 bedroom unit was lovely. Spacious and clean. Fabulous amenities too. Beautiful pool, lounges, dog spa, workout facility, sauna and much more. We would give 6 stars if we could.

We were on the 28th floor and got upgraded to a two bedroom, views were amazing, pool was a welcome addition as there was a heatwave

This trip was to drop my kid off at school. We’ve stayed here before and will stay again. Staff is kind, attentive and courteous. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Great views! The facilities are wonderful. My family had a great time grilling and swimming.

I purchased two different rooms one studio and one bedroom and when I got to check in they checked me in to the wrong room which was the studio after I told the front desk that I will like to be in the one bedroom instead of the studio..both rooms were already paid for so I immediately came down to the front desk to tell them about the mistake they suggested that I pay another $200 for another room after they charged me $200 for the deposit for the wrong room, I told them I wasn’t able to make that purchase because they already took the money.. I’ve sat there for 2 hours asking can I get accommodated I’ve got disrespected by one of the employees he was really rude I asked for the manager he told me it’s no need to talk to the manager because she will tell me the same thing which is to put another deposit down after I did it already. After a while he stopped responding to me after I was asking him questions blantly ignoring me .. If they had told me what kind of room it was before I put down the deposit it would be no issue but to assume that they will give me the 1 bedroom because that’s what I asked for they just gave me a key and a room number.. I will not be coming back here and I still have not talked to the manager no one reached out to me they just took my money

Easy check in. I wasn’t aware daily housekeeping wasn’t available. Comfortable bed and excellent views! We walked everywhere and had essentially no issues. Would stay here again!

We stayed in a jr. Suit 2 bedroom. The amenities were awesome. Love the sauna and steam room. My only complaint is the service from staff themselves. We first get to our room and found the following. - The door to the patio did not open. - TV would not work. - Bathroom fan didn't work. We called the front desk and they said they would send someone up to take care of the door and tv. After waiting an hr, noone came so we went on our way to explore Chicago. When we returned, we asked if the issues can be taken care of but the lady said, ohhh the tv is probably a cable loose or something. We went back to our room called down for help with the patio door and from trial and error on the phone this was fixed. We then fixed the TV ourselves ( it was a faulty cable) Seems they knew exactly the issues of the room from previous guests. It would've been nice to get assistance with these problems. All in all though, the hotel, amenities, and its location were great and we had a great trip!

Didn't feel much like a hotel....kind of like staying at a friends condo in the city.

This was a great place to stay with a group. We got a two bedroom two bath unit for 2 adults and three kids. The full kitchen was amazing. We loved the pool and other amenities offered. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay There’s washing machine and dryer that made our stay much better. All facilities and service were excellent.

We had 8 2 bedroom suites for a company leaders meeting and I sent the rooming list by email in advance but the wrong people were checked into wrong suites and the hotel didn't know who they had where to an alarming degree. The staff was very nice and really wanted to help sort it but there was no system and this required going to each room and knocking on doors to see who was there and then asking people to move. Other than that the space was great for our needs, and we loved meeting in a comfy living room instead of a rented conference room. Some of the furniture had definitely seen better days, but this isn't a big deal to our group.

My friends and I booked two rooms for our trip and the location of this hotel was perfect and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The pool and spa area were amazing as well. However, there are a few issues that bring the rating down. First one - minor but still annoying - almost every day the room keys would stop working, so we kept having to go back down to concierge to get new cards. The bigger issue which is still ongoing is we have still not received our deposit back from the second room we booked. The charge of roughly $350 USD per room is still on my account and the hotel has not been responsive at all. They simply told me "it's clear on our end" and to contact my bank. It's clear from this situation and other reviews that this is not the first time this has happened and it's extremely unfortunate given that this hotel would have been such a positive experience for us if it wasn't for this. I have yet to receive any response from hotel management at this point.
