The best hotel i have stayed in this year. Comfortable beds, large walk in closet,
exceptionally clean, hot breakfast bar with fresh fruits/ muffins and attentive staff. If in Charlotte, NC highly recommend this hotel.

Leaving this review to show my gratitude to the staff for being able to check me in and give me someplace to stay during the recent aftermath of hurricane Helene. Even though power had not been restored (and was not restored during the one night I was there), the staff, who were obviously tired, were in good spirits, welcomed me, and provided me with safe, secure accommodation until I left for the airport the next morning. Thank you for all that you did!

It was very nice. The manager specifically was very accommodating. He knew that I was there for my father’s funeral and he was more than kind and understanding.

The property needs a little bit of maintenance with the plumbing but overall the stay was nice. The shower head in my room was broken and DJ was very helpful fast with moving me into another room!

Property was very up to date staff were very helpful and friendly. Not a fan of breakfast options not too kid friendly but weren’t bad. Room was extremely clean only thing that upset me was the giant roach bear third floor elevator and yes he was alive and wasn’t removed for a while

I only stayed one night, but found this to be a really nice property. Updated, clean, comfortable rooms, plus free breakfast. Special shoutout to Jasmine (front desk) for going above and beyond twice to help me. She is the best!!!

Beautiful new hotel. Room lousy~~AC wouldn’t cycle off, they tried rebooting twice with no luck. We finally had to shut it off as air was blowing directly on bed.
Put items in fridge only to discover hours later it wasn’t even plugged in. Control switch for temp was missing. Whatever they clean the bathroom floor with, it was dangerously slippery
Said they could do nothing because we didn’t book directly with them. The hotel airport shuttle/lady driver was excellent. It’s too bad this new hotel has such badly maintained rooms. Feel we should receive some discount on this expensive room

I was stuck in Charlotte due to an awful airline experience and the terrific front desk person helped me with a toothbrush and deodorant. It was so kind because it was after midnight and I had no luggage. Great place!

This was one of the most pristine hotels we’ve stayed at lately and we travel a lot! Quiet, easy check in, Mercedes Benz shuttles to and from airport were clean and spacious.

Well i would have given all 5 stars for this hotel if they didnt charge $10 per day to park. I understand in big cities if there is limited parking but at this hotel there is plenty of space for parking. If the $10 extra means so much to them why not add it in to room charge where its not so sneaky. Rooms very very spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Why spoil it with QR codes in the parking lot to scan to oay for parking.

the air conditioner was broken in the middle of summer. it was on maximum 24/7 and could not be turned off in the room. an employee had to come and manually turn it off, but he noted it would have to remain off all night because he’s off at 8pm and the overnight crew probably won’t know how to turn it back on. and he didn’t k ow if the problem would get fixed because the engineer wasn’t working. so we had the choice of a freezing cold or a super hot room. there wasn’t even an option of having the fan run to circulate air without cold air blowing. it was ridiculous to stay at a hotel in the south in summer where it “is so hot outside the ac no longer responds to the commands of the switches.”

It was great, breakfast was good, room was clean. The only thing I would say was an issue was that no one told us that the shuttle for the airport only left every 30 minutes. We missed the shuttle by 5 minutes or so and had to wait 25 minutes for the next shuttle. This made our airport time very tight. Luckily we have Pre-check and were able to get through TSA quickly and make our flight. Wish someone would have communicated the shuttle schedule better when we checked in to the hotel or a simple sign on the wall that states shuttles leave every 30 minutes. Would have alleviated a lot of stress and anxiety on our side of things.

The property felt clean and fresh. I didn’t pay close enough attention when booking, but was surprised that parking in the lot was paid despite having ample space. I was disappointed that the same breakfast was remade two days in a row, it was a very limited offering. The reception by the night staff for my 10 PM check-in was less than stellar.

As usual in this kind of hotel, the room has a very soft and uncomfortable mattress.
Expect to pay a daily parking fee, which is strange considering all the free space that the hotel has.
