Totally amazing stay. Friendly staff

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Casa Cleo! The staff was kind and helpful. We definitely recommend Casa Cleo for its location and hospitality.

Casa Cleo exceeded our expectations. Everything was exactly as pictured. The entire facility was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The environment was calm and quiet. The room included lots of convenient amenities - ample towels, lighted closets with hangers, drawers, plenty of hooks for towels/bags/coats, kitchen supplies (even food storage containers), shower toiletries, beautiful patio, comfortable seating inside and out, heated floors, two thermostats, darkening drapes, and even a record player with a few enjoyable albums. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always greeting us at the entry gate when we arrived (hi, Victor!). A simple, but nice breakfast was available on the roof terrace. The neighborhood is lush and beautiful, and there are bottomless restaurants within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to Casa Cleo and/or other Viadora properties.

Fantastic property, with an amazing staff. Every time we left or arrived the doorman greeted us or asked if we needed any assistance. The rooms were clean, spacious and beautiful. The room also included a kitchenette and fridge which was nice. Highly recommend!

This hotel was absolute PERFECTION!! When I return to Mexico City this will be the first place that I’ll look to book again. I stayed in two of the rooms and both were phenomenal. The studio suite, 501, felt like a home away from home; and room 204, while smaller was just as comfortable and beautiful. I loved the fitness center - really zen. And the staff was top tier. Highly recommend.

Casa cleo is one of the most exceptional places I’ve ever stayed—and I almost always stay in 4-5 star places. The staff is very attentive, the apartment (yes, its not just a room) was beautiful and inspiring, and the location in Condesa perfect for walking to restaurants and bars. The tiny but mighty kitchen is well-equiped, the shower has great pressure and lasting hot water, and the rooms even have two TVs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom). The free breakfast is small but great to get the day started (chia seed pudding and pastries)-pastry and coffee as part of a free breakfast was a pretty standard offering at other 5 star hotels in CDMX. The hotel has a gym too but I got my activity in form of a high step count around the city. The rooms come with a bose speaker and record player as well as good mini bar/fridge offerings perfect for entertaining or having a night in. Overall, 10/10 recommend this.

We were so impressed with the elegant and very cozy feel of Casa Cleo’s Mexican-Modern Aesthetic…..Well Done! Wonderfully thoughtful and beautiful interiors with soothing color palettes throughout: the lobby, our Design Apartment, rooftop gym, and outdoor patio for continental breakfast. Excellent Staff Service. We have already recommended Casa Cleo to family and friends. Can’t stop talking about our wonderful stay and also its location. Muchas Muchas Gracias!!! Both the property itself and the service were excellent. Property first. It's sparkling clean, the rooms are huge and well appointed. The common areas are beautiful. It's small enough that nothing ever feels crowded. Very private. The bed is a little soft for our taste but that's personal preference. We did have to buy more water but given the minimal expense, it's hardly a thing. We didn't expect the rooms to be as well-equipped as they were. You could cook a meal, if you were so inclined! The staff was attentive from before the stay and straight through. They were eager to help with even the smallest of requests. Everyone was friendly and kind. We loved the location, close to a lot of great restaurants. But it depends on what you're looking for. Given the sprawl that is CDMX, I'm sure other locations are great too. If we come back, we'd be torn between here and another Viadora property just to check another one out. No doubt the experience would also be amazing.

Casa Cleo was amazing! The staff was friendly, gave me flowers for my birthday, and did an excellent job keeping our suite clean every day. Alfredo (the man at the front door) was our favorite! He was kind, funny, and helpful. The property was beautiful and the area was fantastic!! Definitely a great spot to stay while in Mexico City!

Love this property, we’ve stayed multiple times and never had an issue. Everything is always perfect. I wish I could find a place like this everywhere I traveled! The staff is wonderful and the property is beautiful!

Wonderful staff. Welcoming and attentive. Room was spotlessly clean, and well designed and comfortable. Really cool room. Our patio was awesome for relaxing over morning coffee. Location was excellent- short walk to everything we needed including: great restaurants, shops, parks, and bars. Neighborhood was incredibly safe and clean. Felt very safe at all hours. Lively enough but relaxed and chill. We had a suite, and the kitchen was well stocked with anything one might need. We barely used it, but wow. Also had a record player, a bluetooth speaker and two smart tvs. Nice touches. I forgot the doorman's name, but he was incredible, he caught me leaving and rushed over with an umbrella and urged me to take it. 1 min later it was pouring rain and i was enjoying a nice walk in the rain while staying dry with a quality umbrella. Very special human being. The only thing I would change is to suggest using unscented laundry detergent. The sheets were a little strong smelling for my wife the first night. After a bit it was fine. The room was so clean and sparkling we didnt need extra scents. I rarely write reviews, this place was so superlative: I felt strongly compelled to.

Absolutely loved staying at Casa Cleo. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms pretty comfortable. The service was superb and the area quiet but close to the places I wanted to visit. The staff made sure we felt cared for and safe. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Mexico City.

Fabulous stay and would definitely book again! The staff are extremely friendly, attentive, and responsive to your every need, the rooms and common areas are beautiful, and it’s on a quiet street and within walking distance to many great bars, cafes and restaurants in the area.

Amazing hotel, every detail is stunning. We’ve decided it’s going to be our place to stay on each MEX visit.

Excellent hotel. We'd definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is full of amazing places to eat. Our room was more of an apartment, fully furnished, cleaned daily. The staff were very accommodating and professional, very welcoming.

The hotel only gave bottled water in the room on the first day. After that there was a cost for water. In Mexico, a hotel should at least provide bottled water for brushing one’s teeth.

Our stay at Casa Cleo was perfect. The rooms are spacious, we stayed in both the studio and the suite. The bathrooms are newly designed, have both a great shower and deep bath. Large enough so there is no fighting for space. The property is nicely situated from bars/restaurants/ coffee shops so it is quiet at night. The shopping streets and attractions are a short Uber away. The staff are attentive and professional with security 24 hours - have a late flight or want to stay out late - no problem. The only thing I would say is that for the price we felt the breakfast could be a little more well-rounded perhaps. The yogurt/ muesli was great but not filling, would be nice to have some eggs/ toast/ protein. It gets you started however!! We didn’t want to have to leave :-) Thanks Casa Cleo!!
