Geat people, great time

Great hotel, clean and new amenities. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are large and very well set up. My only complaint was the trash cleanup/throwing at 11pm through midnight. It woke us up both nights we were there. The rooms overlooking the back parking/trash have a direct view and sound from there.

This hotel is pretty nice and almost exudes a "boutique hotel" atmosphere. Most of the employees were younger and inexperienced. We had a view of the inner rear court, and the unsightly bin full of trash and dirty laundry piles were a bit unpleasant. We had trouble with the TV sound where it was lagging. . .the service department was unable to fix it. In general the staff was very good and were friendly/polite. What needs addressing is the attitude of the front desk. They are constantly on their phones and don't listen to client requests. I had to repeat multiple times some of the issues and requests. There should be a fast rule to disallow personal use of cell phones during work hours!

Great property very clean, friendly and nice amenities. The only thing I would change is they use less scents in the hotel as it's very overwhelming.

My daughter lost her AirPods and we could see the location in the gym, but we were told that they couldn’t be located. But the hotel was clean and The restaurant Josephine was very nice, so was the food.

I liked that it was located 2 miles from my job site but was surprised to pay $33.00 a night for parking! This was not mentioned to me when I booked on line. But overall it was clean, somewhat of an expensive restaurant in the hotel.

Spacious room. Clean. Friendly staff. The only negative was the mattress.

Clean, excellent staff, fabulous restaurant, great shower, absolutely EVERYTHING about this hotel was top notch. The staff is the best of the best. We will come back here every time we are in Somerville, I'd give it ten stars if I could!

I visited with my daughter and we are very pleased with our stay - super nice and safe area, very friendly staff, spacious and clean room, very comfortable beds. There’s a restaurant serving delicious food.

I loved this place!

The hotel is conveniently located to get to Harvard by foot. The room was spacious and clean. The main issue is the location right above a busy street which makes it very noisy even in the middle of the night.
