The name doesn't disappoint! You will definitely want to Linger Longer at this property. The views of the ocean are spectacular and with the upstairs bedroom view, living room and kitchen view, lounge chairs on ground floor and rooftop you have plenty of ways to check them out. Its proximity to Bridge Street and walking trails make it an excellent location.

We had a great time at LingerLonger CD. It was spacious and had everything you would need for a vacation at the beach. The view and outside space was great—steps to the gulf. The location was very close to Bridge St. All questions we had while we were there were answered promptly by the property manager as well. We would definitely like to go back!

Perfect spot for a girls’ getaway! Close to everything- beach, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, the Island Trolley… We enjoyed beautiful views of the water from the time we woke up and drank our coffee on the deck to the time we had evening cocktails on the rooftop deck with a 360 view of the sunset, Gulf and bay. Beautiful decor inside and out. Loved having lounge chairs for the beach. We felt very blessed to enjoy this location to its fullest. We would definitely stay here again! We have a few suggestions to make the stay even better. First, we would have appreciated notification that the hot tub was not functioning. It was one of the perks we paid for and very disappointing that there was no communication or apology for its unavailability. Second, extra towels and dishes would have been convenient, especially washcloths as we couldn’t find enough for all of us. Third, the fold out couches were not comfortable. We could feel the bars through the upstairs mattress and we ended up borrowing two air mattresses from a local person to remedy this. Fourth, it would be great to have a drying rack for wet suits and towels. Fifth, directions for the shower controls would be helpful. We thought they were broken and called the property manager who said he receives calls about this often. Lastly, the wooden chairs on the rooftop deck are a hazard, broken or very wobbly.

One word to describe Linger Longer. Perfect! Steps away to the beach, the trolley and Bridge Street. Everything you could need is there for you to use. From kitchen utensils, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, blow dryers. We all loved it so very much. Once again, PERFECT!
