The house was clean and cozy with comfortable beds and had everything we needed!

Rented the house for the week for my family of 3. Everyone enjoyed their own rooms with comfy beds & plenty of linens. We cooked a few nights and the kitchen was stocked with any appliance needed. Enjoyed the screened in porch in the afternoons to keep the bugs away. Great location to plenty of restaurants & shops. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

The house was perfect, very nice and modern with a nice screen porch for relaxing. Would recommend for all travelers, host is great and very accommodating.

We chose to celebrate Easter with our daughter and her roommates, bringing them a home cooked meal. Staying in the home were 6 adults and a dog, but the 4 students from FSU joined for a meal. The kitchen was sufficient to cook a full holiday meal, with a bit of creativity regarding what went in the oven together. Our dog really enjoyed the fenced in backyard and made “through the fence friends” with the dogs next door. We enjoyed being able to relax and enjoy the beautiful spring weather in the screened in porch. The beds were appropriately firm and very comfortable. Closet and dresser space were great. TVs in each room provided a getaway from the larger group. The shower pressure was incredible! Overall home cleanliness was top notch and communication with the host was very fast and helpful. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Terrific fit for our family and we will make it our first check when looking at accommodations for visiting FSU.

My husband and I chose to book this home after we lost electricity for one week due to Hurricane Idalia. The host was quick to respond to our needs and the home was perfect. The kitchen had everything that I needed, the beds were comfy and the master shower was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our "vacation" and would recommend this property to anyone.

Wonderful customer service leading up to our stay by Evolve. We were very impressed by the cleanliness of this home, the abundance of complimentary toiletries, amount of luxury towels, and excellent location! The home was dog friendly and had a great size fenced in backyard. The owners have thought of everything in this home - fully stocked kitchen, lots of coffee options, they even left us a bottle of wine and some snacks which was just lovely! Thank you! We would definitely love to come back!

The home is very clean and everything was in good working order, the owners have added many extra amenities. The yard is fenced for your pet. The location is good and safe. I would not hesitate to stay here again! This is my first time booking with Evolve and if this rental home is any indication of their other other rental homes, I will be booking with them in the future.

The host was excellent, and cordial. Reached out to make sure we knew he was available and that the check-in process went smoothly. We are a family of four with two corgis. The property was very centrally located, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. Very nice fenced yard and screened in breakfast patio. We were touring FSU, taking in Tallahassee, and visiting Alligator Point (dog-friendly beach). Will definitely be staying again. Family approved!

Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful place for my daughter’s birthday weekend. It was the perfect size for the four of us. It looked just like the pictures that were shown online. It had everything we needed. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The girls enjoyed going out on the back porch for a few minutes even though it was a rainy weekend. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place to family and friends and we would enjoy staying here again.

Our family had such a great time at this fantastic property! The owners were so easy to communicate with and were very warm and responsive. We stayed the weekend so we could tour FSU with our daughter. This home was close to campus, lots of great restaurants and convenient to anything you might need. The home was in a nice quiet neighborhood and it was immaculate inside. We loved the modern but cozy style of the interior. We definitely only want to stay here anytime we are in Tallahassee.

Visiting family nearby over Christmas and decided to rent this home and bring the pup. We could not have been more pleased and satisfied with the accommodations and will never stay anywhere else as long as this home is available! It is very recently remodeled, very well appointed and was very clean. Lots of little touches that made it more pleasant and comfortable. Just as an example, throws next to the couch that were obviously new or at least we’ll cleaned. The bedding, towels and beds/pillows were all nice quality and fresh/comfortable. Roku smart tvs in every room and easy/good internet. Great water pressure. The kitchen is all new, nicely done and the most well-stocked we have ever encountered. Even a well stocked spice cabinet with salt and pepper grinders! Great utensils, pots and dishes, etc. And fully stocked with basic supplies for cleaning, dishwashing, etc. (All the paper products were quality and well supplied). Owners also provided bottled water, some snacks and a bottle of wine! There was even a small Christmas tree! It has a nice big, fenced yard and screened lanai, but it was freezing cold so neither got much use. Also a one car garage - also very clean but no remote. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and exceptionally convenient for our visiting with family in Killearn. There is a very nice park just at the end of the road with hiking trails for a little exercise/outdoor time. It is close to a nice big Publix and most other stores. Also right off I-10, though you wouldn’t know it in the neighborhood. Owners were very nice and responsive via text messages though there was very little need for any assistance. It is a small, cozy house but priced accordingly (very reasonable). You’re not going to want to hold a large family reunion here but for one or two couples or a single family, it is exceptionally comfortable and overwhelmingly preferable to any hotel in the vicinity!

We enjoyed our stay at this property for Thanksgiving week and the FSU football game with our student! The home was so clean and the owners have gone above and beyond to insure the comfort of guests. The owners communicated well in advance of our trip, so we had that direct contact info (which helped because VRBO refers you back to Evolve if you try to go through normal channels - this is not a negative, just a FYI). We had everything we needed to cook and enjoy Thanksgiving, to include a turkey and basics from the Fresh Market which is only 2miles away (as well as any other retail need you may have)! All the beds are very comfortable as well. The location is very convenient to I-10, local attractions, A 30min drive to check out cute Thomasville, GA and about a 15min drive to FSU. We recommend this property and would stay there again in the future!

This property truly is the beat. Comfortable bed. Plush towels. Well appointed kitchen, with any utensil or appliance one may need. Nicely decorated home. If you are ever in the Tallahassee area, this is the place to stay.

Great house, pictures accurate, very clean

My husband and I were traveling to Tallahassee for a family memorial and needed a place for us (and my sister) to stay with our pup, George. The house had everything we needed and more. A lot of space with good kitchen/living area to gather, comfy beds, great water pressure, a desk area for work and my favorite part, a screened porch w/ table and chairs overlooking a big backyard. The fenced backyard was perfect for our pup to hang. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we needed to get to while in town. Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay there again if we find ourselves back in Tallahassee.
