A view from balcony. Near by a mall and can done it by walk.

The whole place was clean and comfortable. The ower was also very accormodating.

Location was in Brinchang.
House was spacious.
Good view of the town.
1. Owner didnt mention it was in Crown Imperial Court.
2. Overall cleanliness of the premise was not maintained. Parking area has moss and mold, which is dangerous as it does get slippery.
3. The house was not maintained properly:
- 3rd room was moldy, can barely breath in there. We ended up squeezing in another room.
- kitchen cabinet under the sink was full of mold.
- fridge was not clean.
Maybe the owner had a recent occupant before us and did not get to clean the house thoroughly...
