Comfortable very clean room. We were lucky to be allocated a room with a view to the fjord, which made to difficult to extract yourself from the balcony serenity. Front office staff provided helpful time advice for avoiding tourist bus surges!

Fremragende udvalg og kvalitet.
Kaffen var ikke specielt god og kom som enkelte kopper fra en automat, så der opstod kø.

Gott hótel, góð staðsetning miðað við okkar leið.
Löng leið í herbergið okkar frá móttöku, enginn ísskápur á herberginu, morgunmatur þokkalegur en maturinn á matsölustaðnum á hótelinu mjög góður og frábært þjónustufólk.
Löng ganga í herbergið og miðað við 4 stjörnu hótel vantaði eitthvað meira nice. Mjög dýrt miðað við gæði.

המלון ממוקם באיזור יפה מאוד ויש בצידו טיילתמקסימה לאורך הנהר.ארוחת הבוקר טובה . גם ארוחת הערב טובה.
מול המלון יש סופרמרקט.
לא מילאו סבון ושמפו במיכלים מקלחת ולא ניתן היה לכוון את ראש מתז המקלחת. המיים זקמו רק מהברז התחתון ולא ירדו באמבטיה.
מקלחת מיושנת ולא תקינה. כשפנינו לצוות הם ניסו לעזור רק כשכעסנו מאוד ולא התנצלו.
אין שתיה חמה.

No EV charging station on the premises, but at least you have 2 possibilities:
1. At the Joker Supermarket across the street (30 sec. on foot) - fast charging station from Eviny (you need the "Bilkeraft" app in order to use it, and an account) - you pay what you charge.
2. At the Alexandra Hotel across the street (1 min on foot) - you pay a fixed price (395 NOK/day) for parking & charging your car (I don't recommend this option as usually you are not charging for 395 NOK, and the parking at the hotel is free... so unless you know you will charge more than 395 NOK, go for the Joker Supermarket option. I arrived with half a battery and only paid 180 NOK at the supermarket charging station)

We liked the hotel, the location and surroundings are so beautiful that we will definitely consider to return once more.

beautiful view of the river with a very nice pathway to the park and a short walk to the gondola.

They gave me rooms in the ground floor I can’t open the windows because everybody can see inside I asked them to give me other room in the upper floor they said it fully booked but they’re many families came after and took the rooms up

The quality of services provided by the hotel are very low. Towels are the worst type I’ve. No tissue available for guests.

Nice location
The guests are mostly bus tourist and the breakfast was extremly crowded. The breakfast was also very disapointing, not what you expect at a hotel.

Very friendly staff. Good restaurant for dinner. Good breakfast. Great central location to access the region.
Deceiving advertising of fjord views (blocked by trees) which they charge extra for. River view is far better than the fjord view if you can get to the second floor. On the first floor, you cannot see much. Very weak Wi-Fi. Old, small, and basic rooms. No elevator.
