Property and surroundings are beautiful, the pools nice our room was nice, staff so friendly and welcoming

We booked the room because it was the only place we could find on the island that had a kitchen but there wasn’t a hob when we arrived, we were given free breakfast as compensation. There was also no tv as shown in the pictures

5 min walk away from Mahana Point and next door to Blue Lagoon Villa resort

The service was perfect, very sweet staff. Our room was clean and comfy with a beautiful view on the sea. Super peacefull. I will come back and try an other room!

The zip line was a cool addition. The pool 🏊was very clean, best on Cenigan by far. The restaurant has a great view over the ocean. The building we stayed in was a nice timber design and had a great view.

The bathroom in the main building we stayed in was very small, it's quite a large room so I think they could have designed it a little better. The seafood BBQ I ordered for my Mother's birthday was very dissapointing, I had an argument with the manager over this. For the price per person, the amount of seafood was not correct. There was hardly any Mahi Mahi, only a few prawn skewers and some cap cay. For 250k per person. I could buy a 7 kg Mahi Mahi for 350k. There was barely 500gms to go around ten people. Very dissapointing.

the view was great

small bathroom have nothing to do & toured around the island cost us 900k a day. Was told 600k for a day & the staff & driver said they mentioned 2 hr but staff at hotel only said we will finish touring in 1.5 to 2 hr. We end up paying extra & otw we wanted to go massage also told we need to add extra 100k Hotel provide no pick up. They charged 250k for pick up. Transportation was un convenient，only with hotel tuk tuk & anywhere u wanna go pls pay 250k per trip. 🙂 AND with agoda price （inclusive of tax & other fees） they billed us 10% goverment tax & service fees and so on. Overall，this hotel just eyeing on charging you more. 😂

The room was clean with working ac and warm shower. Breakfast was good, Spectacular view from pool and bar area. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room offered no basic amenities like tv or water kettle. Wifi was not working for days. For the time it worked, it was spotty and slow. Resort charged an additional 20% in taxes and resort fees upon arrival. That is on top of 10% tax from booking.com.

awesome location. staff were great

no fridge in room. no mirror in bathroom for shave which I find astonishing. and very steep drive way in you have to walk and a lot of stairs to your room. I hate stairs.

The location is super on the cliff with a great view. The staff really friendly and supportive, they really work hard to make it a wonderful stay!

The curtains can be a bit more blinding and the wifi can be better in the economy rooms.
