Very clean hotel! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. The pancake maker was a hit with the kids.

Our stay was good. They really need an EV charging station or two.

No complaints, it was only one night but we had two rooms and both were a good experience. We went to bring our oldest to college (A&T). The room was fine, bathroom clean, lobby area was neat and clean and the front desk staff seemed polite. Only one minor complaint - the bathroom fan didn’t work, but that’s small. The breakfast is simple but good enough. Noticed several people were impressed with their automatic pancake maker which I found entertaining (smile). We will likely stay here again when we return end of year and next school year. I recommend.

At 4 am some people was knocking the door and then at 10AM they open my door and that was so weird

Really enjoyed Tru by Hilton in Greensboro, NC....clean,good service, good location, excellent breakfast, nice amenities..would use it again. Ramada Inn North in Pigeon Forge...all ok, but shows age and heavy use...fair I'd say, would look elsewhere next time.

We took the kids to wet n wild and decided to stay overnight. This is the first time I had ever heard of TRU. I was a little skeptical at first. The stay was amazing worth every Penny I had a 2 night stay but Cancelled to 1. Wish I hadn’t cancelled the other night! The hotel itself was very modern the staff was very friendly and most importantly the rooms were super Clean!! Hilton as always you didn’t disappoint!! Will stay here next year

Overall this was a great place to stay. Not a lot of storage such as drawers to put clothes in. Additionally, wifi did not work the whole time, I was told due to an outage and check in later but never worked.

Beautiful and clean

From the moment I walked in the hotel everything was great. The young man allowed us to check in early he also gave us a bottle of water and some popcorn after checking in we were able to freshen up and attend a family dinner. The bed was a little bit too firm for me but I was able to get some sleep the breakfast was really good this was a great hotel and I would stay again.

Everything was great except the gym had no clean towels the entire week.

Super cute vibe when you enter the lobby and I was greeted immediately. Given our room which was spacious, clean, and got cold-like I like it! There was 24/7 coffee, hot water, and hot chocolate.Also a place to refill water bottles. Bed was a bit iffy-it squeaked a lot but overall I slept well. The staff was kind, and personable. I felt safe and it was close to dining options. Thanks!

Clean convenient, cheery hotel for a short term stay

I would say my stay was great. This is the first time I have stayed at a Tru hotel. The amount I paid for four days equaled about $565. Not bad, with breakfast included and free parking. Even when packed, there is enough space. They are dog-friendly and have an area for the puppies to do their Business outside. No dogs are allowed in the breakfast area or without a leash. I tested the 24/7 coffee offer, and the first two days, it was empty. They probably saw me on the cameras and noticed I was checking. By the third day, it was full. A couple of things I need to announce. The check-in was great. I did a TikTok video from the young lady, and she is by far the best in customer service. I didn't get her name, but by far, she went above and beyond when my brother left his wallet. He didn't have his phone, so she called me. Please note! My experience over my brother's was different. They do not clean the room until the 5th day. You can only get towels, paper tissues, and blankets upon request. Miscommunication between housekeeping and the front desk is not good. The second or third day, Tuesday, the front desk lady was rude and screamed at my brother for asking for housekeeping. She sent him to his room as if he were a child, and I did have to intervene. She was rude, disrespectful, and even used t the witness of it and he was only explaining his communication with housekeeping that they did provide cleaning. (All misleading) I never leave bad reviews however she needs dicipline.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and dog friendly. The hotel was very colorful and cute. Little lighted cubbies in the lobby were a charm.

From check in to check out it was smooth. Staff were all very friendly and helpful the entire stay.

We loved how new and clean this property felt. We couldn’t believe it was built in 2022 as we thought there were some “new construction smells” still lingering. That being said unfortunately the blackout curtain in our room was broken and some staining on our bedspreads but both were heard by the staff and they were very apologetic. Breakfast was also above expectations!

Overall was a nice experience hotel as well maintained and rooms are clean. Price is reasonable for the area. Breakfast was good as continental can be. As llong as these things stay the same I'll be back.
