It was a spacious, well equipped room in the area we wanted to be to visit family. Helen was really helpful as we struggled to find the property initially, and she came out to meet us and show us the way.

location is almost the best. Easy to go restaurant and shoppinjg.

Need hot water.

Clean and nice room. Stayed for one night when waiting for the Ferry. Had to get up at 5:30am and they brought the breakfast to my room at 6am, which was great service.

I didn't like the breakfast too much, but that's possibly personal taste and not the fault of the hotel.

Difficulty contacting their caretaker when needed. Need to really improve more on that. Shower room doesn't have heater.

Room was clean and spacious! WiFi/Internet connectivity was great. There's a store at the front next to the venue entrance. Location was reachable by various food aggregator apps like foodpanda or grab.

We had a freezer instead of a refrigerator during our stay, we couldnt store our brought beverages to keep them chilled overnight without the thought of it freezing.

It was close to a lot of shops and stores. Also there were plenty if trikes and jeepneys close b.y which is due to being close to a mall. All these factors help me to explore

No fridge and no hot water, both of which are big drawbacks. When getting a trike back here, most drivers had no idea where it was, I am not even sure there I an address. Near the entrance there was always a swarm of flies inside the gate which I found bothersome, especially when some would migrate to my room.

The room is clean and the staff is accomodating
