Very Private. Clean and Cozy. Heating worked well. Friendly hostess. Uber Eats delivers and easy to get a lift to airport.

It was a last minute booking, however in the hours before arriving I wasn’t sent any information without requesting it. No address or directions, no check in details or location of keys. Upon arriving there were no printed instructions for accessing wifi or how to use the TV. The host came down to instruct me but I wasn’t dressed and able to receive her. Also, I had to ask for the heating to be turned on in the morning. These little issues can easily be improved and increase the value of this stay. The location isn’t great at all, but with a few tweaks the room can sell itself for short affordable stays in greater London. No windows but that’s not a big deal for me. Bathroom/Shower are tiny so larger persons beware.

Comfortable bed with cosy fleece bedding, little kitchenette area with kettle, fridge and microwave, en suite bathroom. Was in a nice quiet street

Towel rail was too hot, I almost scolded my hand getting towel from it, no obvious way to turn it down. Unfortunately the area it is in, is not very clean, litter and fly tipping were everywhere. This may be usual for london suburbs but certainly made my home city look clean by comparison.

Once you know your location, it's very easy access to public transportation. I walk 5 min to take bus 206 / 224 to Harlesden station for Waterloo line, to central London around 45 minutes. Since I'm not a first timer to London, I don't mind the travelling time as the property is located in zone 3 residential area. It's value for money comparing to those B&B in central London if you only need a bed for a good rest.

The area is very quiet at night. As a solo female traveller, I don't recommend travel late at night. Besides, the bus schedules are infrequent at night. No corner shop / cafe / food shop around. You need to get all stuff at the shops at the station. My room doesn't have window.

Location was abit further than expected from where I needed to be.

The checking in was too late and check out too early.

Clean sheets and towels, clean bathroom, guests very helpful.

Located on a rough street, entrance looks old, room was very hot and could not open windows. Hosts seem to live upstairs and 6.30 am started making noise above our room and slamming doors that were right next to our room.

The room had a kettle and it's own bathroom

The decor needs work from the outside to look and feel more inviting and appealing
