Not sure about other rooms, my room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Clean and quiet 4 stars

The bed felt clean. A dirty towel was hanging in the bathroom when we arrived. The chairs and table are a nice touch, but the chair seats are filthy, and I would not sit on them. We could easily hear people talking outside, and also could hear snoring from the adjacent room. Although we were warm enough, there are visible cracks in the door seal, and there’s only a thin blanket on the bed. If you don’t mind outside light, you’ll be fine, but there’s only cheap blinds on the window. WAY overpriced for what you get.

This property's photos are a little misleading. This is a very low end motel. It does not look clean at all & appeared to have abandoned looking vehicles on the lot. I did not feel safe here and requested not to check in. Thankfully I was not charged.

The microwave was dirty. The bathroom sind drain was clogged. With what I believe was tiolet paper. Which I cleaned out. The tub was chipped. No bathtub mat or anti slip preventations.

We could not stay. Very unsafe.

The only reason this doesn't get a worse review is bc the front desk immediately gave me my money back when I complained of the smoke smell in the room, which I greatly appreciated

It was awful- Room smelled and was so small. The front desk guy was rude and mean. Overall the stay was one of my worst I’ve ever had.

Absolute Worst Hotel as I Drove Up I've Ever Seen. Scary to say the least. So I didn't even go in. Reviews and Rating TOTALLY NOT True. Never Go There!

The Fort Collins Inn served its purpose as a spot to crash after a concert. Dog was a huge plus!!

Besides the smell of the room Wich was that of old linen and cigarettes even though all the rooms are non smoking there are people smoking on balconies and next to the air conditioning units Wich makes its way into the room the staff were friendly and it seemed safe enough for a cheap room

Staff is avaliable, if I need something. But they also understand my need for peace & quiet. This is my second visit & I will be returning.

The reviews I read were, not outstanding. But our stay was above average and great for the one night we stayed before the The Colorado Marathon. Close to packet pick up, getting to buses at 4 am was easy, and close to finish line at a great affordable rate. Looking forward to booking again next if we running the marathon again next year.

Took me a while to figure out that I was smelling incense in every room. It was nothing fancy a cheap place to stay.

We needed a place to rest our heads for the night. The room had all we needed.

Did not stay got another motel, not clean and smell was horrible in rooms!! Made my child have a asthma attack..

What one would expect for the price.

The room was nice, decent size, came with a microwave and fridge. The bed and bedding was clean but the room want the cleanest. The floor boards clearly haven't been cleaned in a while and the corners of the room were questionable. The staff was very nice and easy to work with. If you just need a place to stay for one night or in need of a place in a pinch it will do just fine.

The service was great the area was quiet the room was very nice we enjoyed our stay thank you to the couple who had checked us in we had a wonderful time at your hotel thank you very much

Cleaning was some places - bedding and shower clean. Floors not so good. Definitely NO FRILLS. I do not consider a small coffee pot a frill. I have stayed at less costly places that were cleaner overall and more appealing. Not a motel I would stay at again.

The room was clean, for the price we paid it was very good

This is one Of only a few accommodations s on the north end of town. We were there for a funeral so only needed a place to sleep that allowed a dog. This provided a bed but it was dated, the old air conditioning unit was loud and the shower curtain needed attention. The bedding was fine so that was good. Next door tenant was longer term guest and was obviously using THC big time! It is legal here but it was obvious

Clean, Comfortable room. Was a little disappointed there was no coffee pot in the room. Other than that - no issues or complaints

The rooms smelled funky and I was very disappointed the linen that was in the room was dirty I didn’t even want to ask for more I decided to buy my own. The floors are made out of wood and I was in a downstairs room you could really hear the people above you it almost sounds like they’re in the same room as you

Great little spot. Convenient location. It's got some old school charm.

We checked in, went to the room, found problems. The lights in the bathroom were missing lightbulbs, the tub had a lot of chips and the dresser had pieces broken and chipped. The beds were the worst we saw. I went to the office and cancelled the room, went to a different place. The pictures make the place look descent but it was not.

Smells of smoke and cleaning fluid. They did offer a refund and we were able to stay elsewhere. Do not recommend this property, sorry.

This place is a dump. They have people living at the hotel, cars being worked on in the parking lot. Thread bare sheets and pillow cases. We left. It is unsafe. Would never stay there.
