Has it all!! 1 block away from Ocean Drive. Came with 4 beach chairs, extra towels, lots of pillows... They text me everyday to see if all our needs were met. Ice cold A/C. Bright Travertine tile floors. Full kitchen. Parking onsite. Great for families with teens and young kids. We walked ocean dr every night. Lots of restaurants and gelato places. Beach was perfect! Takes about 1 1/2 minutes to walk onto the beach. Sooo close! Rented citibikes at corner. We always felt safe. DEFINITELY will stay here again!

great apt for a nice get away. it wasnt perfect. but it did have style. just a few steps to dining, shopping on ocean blvd. priced perfectly and felt very safe. only thing i would ask is that the change the light in the bathroom. its not bright enough to shave by . and new light switches.

Clean and tidy apartment two blocks from tje beach. Close to restaurants, all the bars and clubs on Ocean Drive, Walgreens down the street. Great location and the managers are responsive at the number provided.

The apartment was close to the beach and Ocean Drive. Close to shops also. The apartment was clean and well presented with everything I needed for my stay.

The location is phenomenal. However, the apartment needs lots of renovations and upgrades. Dryer, toaster and microwave was not functioning. It took us 2 nights to get a missing comforter.

The location of this property is excellent to be in the heart of South Beach and everything going on. A laundry facility is also within walking distance. That being said the air conditioner in the living room really wasn't every good and the place was warm and stuffy! If you are planning on doing alot of cooking you'll struggle as the kitchen isn't very well equipped.

Excellent location, close to beach, shopping, restaurants and activities

The inside of the apartment looks great in photos, but what it doesn't show is that there are no windows to see out of. What small windows they have are covered in a thick coating for privacy. Necessary because it's on the first floor. It's like staying in a cave. Amenities were more sparce as any apartment I've rented. My husband and I rented the place for 6 days and we literally had one face cloth and 4 bath towels total. No beach towel. The place was so empty there wasn't even a garbage can in the kitchen. The only garbage was a tiny one in the bathroom. Construction was going on in the building from about 9am till well after 11pm on some nights. This is our 3rd visit to Miami Beach and definitely the worst rental. The best thing I can say about the place is that the bed wasn't too bad. If it wasn't for the location, I would have given this a 1 star.

I really was impressed by the location, quality and service. They were attentive and checked up daily to see if my stay was going well. I was half of a mile from the beach, stores and many popular places. I was a girl staying alone and I felt very safe there. I will keep this on my must stay when visiting Miami! Thank you!

The property was clean and very accessible I love that I was able to get in pretty quickly and a communication was very good I was happy that there was everything that I needed in the kitchen and there was always the cleaner in the morning if I needed any fresh towels.

The property looked really nice at first but the bathroom wasn’t finished. The toilet wouldn’t flush and the shower didn’t have a complete door. The AC in the living room wouldn’t turn off so it was always really cold and there were no blankets.

Very easy walk to beach. Great nearby restaurants. (Try the Birros Tacos at Matilda’s!) No on-site check-in. So plan on waiting until 3pm. This is an Apartment building. So communicate early to get the texts which will have the key codes. No daily maid service. Air conditioning works well. Kitchen is equipped. Nicely decorated. Well lit. Close to Walgreens and CVS.

Very easy to communicate with them through text message. Excellent location, fair price and clean.

I love the area and dining choices. The unit was sizable but need upgrades. The cleanliness was very poor. I was very disappointed. Management was easy to contact but do to no availability to another unit the current unit is what I had for the remaining of the visit.

The property is in a great location the beach is literally a 3 minute walk the bars and restaurants are a short walk the property manager was very helpful the only issue we had was the hot water in which fixed by shutting the breaker on and I would say the patio deck needs a major renovation but I would stay again.
